This company is a scam!
I ordered over $100 worth of merchandise. All of my sizes were XL and were in stock when I ordered. 13 days later, my order continued to show that it was not even processed yet. After sending emails to Customer Service to get an update, the response I finally got was that they were sorry but none of the items that I ordered were available in my size and I needed to re-order all of my items again. I have requested a refund completely and am on day 16 now waiting on the refund. I have done a deep dive on other others with this problem and I can’t even tell you how many people they have done this too. Many have never gotten refunds only credits to this horrible company and others have had to dispute the charges in order to get their money back from their credit card companies. Do not ever order from this company! They are all based out of China.

I will say I appreciate the fact that customer service responded right away and there was continued communication. I would have preferred talking on the phone probably could’ve taken care of the issue without the back and forth emails. But happy with the outcome so thank you.

I placed my order May 15 2026 it is now June 10 and it still hasn’t shipped out. It literally just has been saying waiting….Sad to say I’d never patronize this business again all I ordered was a strapless bra it should not take this long.

First purchase was perfect, though the bra ran a little big through the band. I love it and just hook it to the tightest row. It was a plus size minimizer which is amazing as I am older but wear a 34D. The plus size holds all that extra loose flesh in place and leaves a smooth line.

I purchased two bras, one fits like a dream and the other was too big. I reached out to the support team to exchange it and they were amazing! They responded and sent a replacement quickly. Overall I’ve had a great experience with this company and can’t wait to get my replacement item in the correct size!

Do not purchase here.
They say “easy 30 day returns” but then make it incredibly difficult to start the return process. I have asked for the return shipping label 3 times and they keep offering me partial vouchers instead of a refund. It takes days to get a response from anyone.
Plus it took a very long time for the items to even arrive.

I wrote my original review on June 9th, been waiting for a credit since mid May. As of yet, June 23rd, I have not received my money back. They keep on saying it’s coming but nothing! This is a fraudulent company only good for giving excuses and stealing the consumers money.
If I could give zero star, I would, this company is a complete fraud. They will not honour their return policy at all. They are forcing us to take a deal that makes no sense for products that do not fit, where sizing is way off regular standard size. All they do is send emails saying they’re sorry and they offer laughable deals in compensation. One portion of my order was never shipped to me and even that part is not being reimbursed. I have been waiting for a credit on this piece for over one week now. Do not buy from this company, you will simply lose money.
