I bought a hoodie from them and I was not satisfied with the quality and decided to return it. They confirmed that the package arrived in december, but since then they haven’t returned my money. Most of the 5-star ratings are made by employees so don’t trust this company!!!
So, I made the mistake of placing and order with this company, placed on the 13/12 ahead of Christmas. According to their site not more than 7 working days for the arrival of the product. On the 23/12 still have received nothing from them, so much for that X-mass gift.
Today it’s the 27/12 and still have received nothing. Normally you can refund a product, after all they didn’t deliver as promised. But the cost of shipping back to them (if I ever receive the product) is more than 50 % of what I paid in the first place.
They don’t pick up their Dutch phone when calling, all your get are poor mails from their customer service (or something) stating; “we are sorry about this hope for your understanding etc”. You should get a full refund, especially if the company are the one who messed up.
This is one of those companies you should stay away from by all means. Don’t do the same mistake as I did. This review only covers their customer and shipping service, not the actual product (which I never got). Again, avoid this company.
Edit; I did get the product on the 28:th, no need for it anymore. I ordered by the sheat.se but still its the same company with same Dutch mail and number. They just use different domains
Bunch of amateurs. Ordering directly from China, lying on delivery schedules. They make advertising and say you’ll get your stuff before Christmas which was false. 10 day after my order the product is still in china. Don’t ever order on this website. Go directly on Chinese websites you will save 100) for the same delivery time.

We never promised a delivery before Christmas on our webste, we have a 2-4 business days processing time after which a 4-6 business days shipping time follows. Due to the very high demand some of our shipments are delayed and had to be shipped directly from our supplier instead of our warehouse, this doesn't usually affect the delivery times but because of the overload of packages the shipping companies are processing some shipments were delayed.
We've been very clear in our communication to our customers about this by e-mail.

After 3 months and several reminders ... still nothing!
Contacted the support team, but very slow in responding and provide incorrect information.
Never again ... CHEAT rather than SHEAT in my opinion...

Onderstaande reactie heb ik intussen al 10 keer gehad …. Standaard mailtje … klopt niet … onbereikbaar, product niet ontvangen, geen terugbetaling gehad … afzetters!!!!
