Changed from excellent to rubbish

This place was the best shawarma in the city. However it is changing now dramatically. I bought a beef shawarma from him last week and I literally couldn't chew the meat because it is so dry and burnt. The beef skewer looked old and it was 12 midday. the beef is supposed to be fresh as they open at around 11:30. it does not make sense the beef got old and hard to chew in half an hour.
when you buy a beef or chicken wrap from them, look at the skewer first and make sure it is fresh.
