Sharingvibe gave me space to speak again
I lost my partner four years ago. After that, I stopped talking to people outside of family. I’d open an app, stare at it, and close it again. Too fast and fake. I wasn’t ready to jump into anything and definitely not into swiping and selfies.
I found Sharingvibe on a quiet evening when I couldn’t sleep. The name sounded soft, which I liked. I didn’t want fireworks. I wanted a calm place to say hello, maybe share a piece of my day with someone who wouldn’t judge the silence
At first, it was quiet. Then I got a message from someone who also lost her husband. She didn’t ask for my photo or try to impress. She asked me if I liked the sound of rain at night. We’ve been messaging a few times a week since.
This place didn’t change my life overnight, but it cracked the door open and that’s more than I hoped for.
