I bought a template on the site and they don't respond to me.

Scam. They list products they don't have and rather than refund you to your card which should be common legal practice; they refund you to their "digital wallet".

The best part; they continue to list the product for sale on their site; which they've openly told me they don't have. It's just a scam.

I purchased a theme but it was an old version. I created a ticket and reported it to the admin and asked for an update but he didn't care even though he was online. He didn't provide any feedback.

UPDATE: They have replied my ticket and resloved my issue.

I purchase an item from them and the provided download link is dead, reached out to support but their contact us page always has issues whenever I submit the form, opened a ticket and I’m yet to get a reply, sent an email too no reply still.

The lack of communication is appalling and the reviews I am reading on here are not encouraging at all, I don’t want to believe it is a scam website.

They are very bad in service they do not give the purchase code & refund you in their wallet which you are not able to use. They are very poor in support I will grab your t-shirt front on the Day Of Judgement. they ate my 50 dollars and still do not respond to me. For proof please order them . they are not responding positive me still after three days

My Final Thoughts:
The initial lack of communication and delay in receiving my orders was indeed frustrating. However, the company ultimately delivered on its promise, providing me with the download links for my orders. I appreciate the eventual responsiveness and the effort taken to rectify the situation.

I'm glad to report that my issue was resolved satisfactorily, and I now look forward to further engagements with the company. Despite the rocky start, the resolution has left me with a positive impression, and I'm willing to do business with them in the future.

Thank you to the team for addressing my concerns and turning a negative experience into a positive one. Future customers, please be patient; the company does deliver, even if it takes a little time.

I placed an order at sharewordpress .net
I kindly asked them to allow me to download the purchased item, but nobody answered. I asked for a refund but nobody answered. Stay away from this site, must be a scam.

sir i purchase a script order id is #72110 they give me purchase code but it is not working and I email , whastapp and also create support ticket the do not give any reply . i think it is froud company . and if I don't get any working purchase code so I will contact to bank for refund

bad website scam. pay attention

very poor services. they remove the links to download the files. everytime you need to buy items to download it. I don't recommend it at all. scamm pay attention...

Bad service! I bought a script and didn't get it working. Old version and did not work. I got no response or support. My order is as expired after 1 day, but in terms & conditions is 7 days.
