Hello Jack,
We’re sorry to hear about your experience. Royal Mail tracking confirms your parcel was delivered on 27 June 2025, with GPS and a delivery map recorded. SMS and email notifications were also sent at the time of delivery.
You mentioned that you were not in the country when the parcel was delivered. Unfortunately, once Royal Mail confirms a delivery, we have no control over where you are at the time, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the order, as per our terms and conditions.
You reached out to us on 30 July 2025, which was 33 days later and outside the reporting window agreed to at checkout. These terms are in place to keep things fair and consistent for all customers, which means we weren’t able to raise a claim or issue a replacement in this case.

I returned the product as instructed, everything was fine on my end, but they didn’t refund the full amount – they deducted some kind of fee more than 13% of order value. No transparency in their return process. Wouldn’t recommend.
