Wheres my order?!

I ordered a set of underwear, 2 shaping panty girdles, 2 YEARS ago! I still haven't received them. I wrote the company and asked where they were. Got no response. Wrote again and still no response.
I was so disappointed. I should have written sooner but I was so angry that I paid for a product I never received. I still get advertising emails from them. I would have given them a 0 if that were possible. I'll never do business with them even if they sent the product now. 2 YEARS! This app does not let me set the date back to April, 2021
