CUSTOMER SERVICE IS FAKE

My order never arrived,
I messaged customer service multiple times and they just continue closing my ticket. I spoke with Maddie who instead of helping, just responds with a message saying she has closed my ticket.
My order was placed in February, and it’s been stolen or lost and they don’t answer to my messages, neither reship or refund!

Terrible bras they do not fit at all. I ordered 2 in different sizes both were no wear near the right cup size.

No returns or refunds available but if you want to pay for shipping again they will send you more bras!

I purchased online based on the description.
I tried the bra and it did not give support at all.
I bought 2.

When I contacted them for a return I had to provide info and pictures.
I sent all the info and now they are not returning my email messages.

I am very unsatisfied.
Returns are advertised to be easy and they are non existent.
Big mistake- I have not checked Better Business Burreau but I will.

Very upset

I usually don’t write reviews, and if I can give no stars, I would. I ordered some bras that I wanted to return or exchange, but then they kept going through emails after emails of me writing, So I finally said forget it and I ordered the correct size to now. I’ve never got a order number or tracking number and when I emailed them they sent me back the recent order saying it came. I know the first order came, but the second order did not come. No tracking, and my communication has been very clear with them. And I’ve also sent screenshots. So at this point, I am very upset and I either want my money back or My order it’s been since May 2 I’ve being going back and forth. I reported the page.

Wish I could give a 0 but I have to pick 1. Worst Co to deal with, i bought 3 bras, same size, different colors. They DO NOT fit. Same size, 30 years. You have to try to guess your size, no offer to help exchange them. They went viral and no offers of help. Now are stuck and that is why it went viral. They are not true to fit. I was one of the unlucky ones. My credit card company is dealing with it. So disappointing.

Bad customer service

I bought bras and right after I placed the order I realize I hit the wrong size, I immediately email them and received a email back saying there are pulling my ticket, well I have been back and forth with this company over this issue and then I received the bras and they were the wrong size, when I sent another email I was told only default or damaged items can be exchanged or returned, never have I heard of a company like this to not help a customer

Horrible

Horrible, they say return available but then they say the return is only on damages products. I order two bra in my size and the cup was way too small. I tried to return them and they said no because they are not damaged. I told them the cup is a B size and I needed a D that’s a significant difference. They wouldn’t take them back. Never trust companies like that.

Would not even give them one star

Would even given them one star. Fradulent Practices I did the consulting and was told Medicare would pay but it’ll they didn’t there were other options for medications . Medicare didn’t approve so I went with other option. Then asked for meds not to be shipped I was away and it need to be refrigerated they shipped sat outside 5 days. Then guess what they billed Medicare and Medicare billed me for the consultation and talking to a dietician never did. Horrible company

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! Low quality products. I should have read the reviews first. I purchased a bra from shapedly, it took way too long to receive. When I did get it it was oversized and gave NO support. I reached out to get a refund or just size down. Five different reps reached out to me not knowing what the other was saying. They ONLY give refund or exchange of the product is missing or damaged. SMH so now I'm stuck with a overpriced bra that I can't fit. NEVER EVER EVER AGAIN!!! Now the reps are harassing me through email. DON'T DO IT Y'ALL 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾

Worst customer service ever

Worst customer service ever, takes forever to get back with you. Will not refund my money. Measurements are completely wrong on the website. They say they will let you exchange it, but the shipping cost. It is equal to the amount of one bra and with the inaccurate sizing chart you don’t know how to accurately get your size I have filed a complaint and asked for a refund with my credit card company. The last contact I got from them and they said there was nothing wrong and that I couldn’t exchange it or refund it don’t do business with them.

Total scam

Total scam. They take forever to get which would be worth it if the product was what they advertised but they are not. They don't fit correctly anywhere. I am a DDD in every bra I try on in a store but with this company I don't fit into their size F. It is too small, but I needed a bra thats why I bought it so I had to shove myself into them. They say no wires, bull the wires poke out after 2 washes. This is a trash company and should be fined for their commercial that is pure fiction.

Bad experience with trying to return.

I ordered 2 bras for myself a black and beige one. I placed the order on 02/21/25 and didn't receive them until 03/08/25. When I opened the package as soon as I looked at the black one I knew it would not fit, the cup size was too small but the label in the bta had the correct size that I ordered. The beige bra was correct but the boning on the side was already poking thru the material. So I reached out to them to return for a refund and they told me they had to review, could take 48 hours so I waited. After 48 hours I received an email requesting pictures so I sent pictures. Today is April 4th, I just received email stating that they reviewed my case and it was delivered correctly. All they offered me was 20% off my next order. I have two bras that I cannot wear because one is too small and one is damaged.

I been waiting to hear from them about getting refund this company is the worst company I ever purchase from the bra is horrible fit two big and bulky other bra brands I wear same size with no issues.
