Very Bad Service! I received no response to repeated inquiries about how the return was processed. The timely submission of a written cancellation form was also ignored. When I asked again where the goods had to be sent, I received the answer that a return was no longer possible because the return period had expired. The reference to the previous repeated inquiries and the revocation was ignored and again it was stated that the deadline had expired and they could not help me.
I have never received a response since then and am now forced to pay the full amount or hire a lawyer.
Worst customer service ever and not customer oriented at all!
