The coaching was great

The coaching was great. I was paired with a coach. Mine was Amber. She was available to me and answered all my questions. I received all the tools I needed and lost about 7 lbs in the time that I was with them. I hadn’t lost any weight in years. I need to do more work when I comes to eating but I feel like I have received good advice and information.

This is the real deal!

I have read all the other reviews, and I have to wholeheartedly agree with all of the reviewers!

As much as I would like to be original in my review, but what you need to know is that everything that the other reviews have said, I have experienced much the same satisfaction that the other reviews have discussed!

My story -

I had followed Shane on Instagram for about a year before I reached out to speak with him. I was hesitant because I wanted to believe he was the real deal, but I wasn’t sure that he wasn’t a scam. However, one day, after several years of trying to lose weight on my own, in sheer frustration I just decided to contact him.

I am in my late fifties, and over the course of the last 30 years I have gained and lost 20+ pounds several times. Each time I gained it back, I gained not only what I had lost, but additional pounds as well. I have tried many of the “fad” diets, some have been successful, some not.

As life happened, and I found myself going through menopause, and all the stress of life at this age, I noticed the weight gain was at my highest weight ever, my clothes did not fit comfortably, and I was miserable. I knew I needed to do something different, and that was when I reached out to Shane and his team.

The program is relatively simple, but it is not a miracle “pill”, it does require work and effort and changing my habits. However, Shane and his team,( especially my coach, Billy )and their approach has worked for me. It never seemed that I was missing out on anything, just making room for new habits.

Billy has been the single biggest factor this worked for me. He has been a great guide through the process, always positive and upbeat and also my biggest cheerleader!

Each week you are given the opportunity to fill out a form and let your coach know what is working, what isn’t working, and they are able to make a program suited to your needs. Each week, my answer to “what do you like about the program?” has been the accountability factor, it has been the key for me.

The way the program is set up makes me accountable to someone other than myself. From logging in my food, to getting my workouts in, and keeping track weekly of my progress.

There were weeks where I was frustrated, couldn’t figure out why I wasn’t losing weight, and Billy worked with all my information, helped me tweak a few things, and then we started seeing progress.

I thought I knew all there was to know about healthy eating, but I have learned it is not really a diet that I am following but I am fueling my body to work better for me.

It has worked because, I didn’t have any terrible cravings for missing certain foods. I have been satiated and therefore the mindless snacking hasn’t been a problem. I have learned how to fuel my body.

There were a few weeks that I had to travel unexpectedly, I was able to continue to make progress even then….the accountability was just that I kept track of my food, and wanted to get exercise, and/or movement when I could, so that my weekly report would show my effort.

Now, several months into this program, I find I like logging my food in and keeping track of my calories helps me feel in control. As I learned about NEAT movements…I also find I  have a difficult time sitting still, and now I look for ways to fit movement into my day.

I knew at this age that I needed to do more strength training, but I just didn’t know where to start. Now I am learning about strength training, and I am enjoying it! Just the other day I realized there were several exercises that I couldn’t even complete when I first started, but now after many months, I can do them completely!

I feel so much stronger physically and mentally.

I feel that this program will provide long term success, because it isn’t a quick fix diet….but it is a healthy lifestyle and the habits I have developed through this program.

As others have stated, I feel that this whole experience has changed my life.

I highly recommend this program.

Life changing decision.

Life changing decision.
I am thankful that I was able to find and subscribe to this program. I have gone up and down in weight throughout my life. I have always kept active and more recently running half marathons. I thought the problem was the actual quantities of food and work stress. I had reached my highest weight even with exercise and I had enough. I had done a lot of programs before and everything was just running no nutrition or just food intake and no exercise component. It was always me guessing the bracket I fell into any program and it all fell disjointed. I had no idea and just went with what everyone says, the least amount of calories. I also was getting older and I needed to look for someone that had success stories to share and that could rely upon. I needed to understand how to fuel my body properly and have successful runs without injuries, but who are we kidding mainly I wanted to loose the weight. I had made a decision to have an expert by my side that would explain all elements that I could incorporate in my life that would make my goal achievable.
That all was possible with Shane! He sees you and your needs, he understands the whole system and is able to help connect all the pieces so you can accomplish and incorporate these elements and make it part of your life. One of the best investments I have ever made.

Such a great program

Such a great program. Would recommend it to everyone who is committed to making a few tweaks to their daily lives for long-term, sustainable success. I lost 28 pounds and feeling great! Its been a huge boost to my self-confidence, and I am mentally and physically fitter than ever before. The greatest part is that it doesn’t feel like work and I don’t have to deprive myself. Just Do It!

Life changing, best decision I made investing in myself..

Upon finding Shane's page on Instagram I knew it was meant to be a positive decision for me..I have never regretted joining the programme, the results I've achieved not only weight loss wise but muscle definition, getting leaner which I wanted, learning so much about how important fueling your body is along side the amount of steps, exercise and movement I was doing each day was really important.. I was doing it all wrong and have done for years so to finally learn and put into action Shane's programme with Billy's support as my coach has been the most amazing experience and journey for me..nothing else has ever worked (if it did it was short lived as it was wrong)
With all the information and support Ive been given since August I have learnt how to look after myself properly with all the right nutrition and can successfully carry this forward everyday...my body is nourished, energised, toned and most importantly happy..
I have been taught how to look at food in a totally different way and that's really important for overall health benefits..
Just love the whole way that Shane's programme is customised for you with your own coach and that support is just immensely beneficial and just amazing..
It's a decision you won't regret making and it really us life changing in so many ways..

Best investment in myself

I was sceptical before I started the programme because I thought I already ate healthily, exercised and I blamed my weight gain on menopause. Shane’s programme has changed my life. The support I had from coach Billy and Shane completely changed my perception of diet into how to fuel my body properly to enable me to loose weight and gain muscle without restricting my food and being able to eat the foods I like.
Billy’s regular check-in’s really helped me stay on track, answer questions I had and make changes based on my progress. Everything in the programme was tailored just for me, including reverse dieting to get to maintenance calories. Billy also helped me manage my stress levels that I now realise was hindering my progress.
This programme covers it all diet , exercise and psychology. I’m now set for the rest of my life 😀

Life changing experience

Working with Shane and Billy has been a really positive experience. Their program isn't a one-size-fits-all; it's all about tailoring it to you, and not just focused on losing weight.

Before joining, I was trying to cut back on food as I had gained some weight during menopause, but it wasn't working out. Switching to a reverse diet made a big difference—I feel more energized, my mood is better, and my relationship with food and my body has improved.

Throughout the whole process, billy listened, understood my situation, and provided emotional support during times of doubt.

I can't thank them enough and recommend the program.

Thanks to Shane and Billy I got my life back!

I can't recommend Shane and his team enough!!. All I can say, is that they treat you like royalty. They make you think you are their most important client! Nothing is ever too much trouble for them. They carefully listen to how you feel and what you are experiencing. They give you sound advice and explain everything so well. This makes you feel in control and it motivates you to want to know more and do more. They go out of their way to make the process of acquiring a new lifestyle as easy as possible. I literally feel like I was saved by Shane and Billy. I lost control over my lifestyle and food choices and I had no motivation to get it back, although I was desperately unhappy because of that. Thank you to Shane and Billy and this magnificent program, I got my life back on track and I got so much more than what I set myself up for. You will never meet nicer people than Shane and Billy. And so knowledgeable and helpful. They know what they are talking about and communicate it in the most efficient and helpful way. There is something seriously missing in your life if you do not have Shane and Billy in your camp! Wish I met them years ago. By working with them, I gained such valuable information and understanding and a super easy way to execute the plan. They are just fabulous and the program is absolutely worth every cent. I will forever be thankful to have met them and grateful for being able to do their awesome program. I feel like a million dollars! Thank you Shane and Billy!

The whole package

My experience has brought progress and success after a long spell of empty striving for weight loss. In 2 months I have lost 23 pounds.
I hear from my coach daily with encouragement, counsel and information to educate me about food, nutrition and exercise. Shane Smith PT is the whole package. I am being empowered to sustain a new lifestyle, feeling and looking fabulous!
