If I could rate lower than 1 atar I would. POOR QUALITY light jacket. Paid for expedited shipment, and received 10 days AFTER it was supposed to arrive. No response from company. BUYER BEWARE!! Item does not look like what is on website.

It took a month for the hoodie I ordered to arrive which wouldn't have been an issue had the hoodie not been faded, blurry, and the sizing is wrong because the material is other than described. It's very tight fitting. I asked for a refund and waited two days for a response. They asked for photos of the project which I provided and ignored my request for a refund. Instead they forcibly said they're sending me another and to be patient. Another month goes by and the exact same faded and blurry product with a tight fitting material arrived. I sent pictures of both hoodies to them and they have ignored every email I have sent, the emails my husband has sent, Facebook messages, and their phone number isn't a working number. I have never been treated so poorly. I posted a poor review with pictures on their Facebook but they have it set to where they have to approve or deny my reviews. DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! They'll send you poorly made products and basically steal your money. Their address states they're located in California, my orders were shipped from China. Their number is also listed as North Carolina. This company is crooked and should be shut down.

Ordered a hoodie for my nephew on Dec.12 it is now Nov 1. Paid 66.99 and extra 15.00 for faster shipping. What a joke. No hoodie. Can not track the order number either. Tried the phone number does not work. Do not order from this company!

Have never received my order, I have emailed and tried calling the # 1-910-250-9291
It just drops the call. I do not want anyone to loose the money I have lost and the grief of kids not getting their gifts. Idk how to report this website. Any help will be appreciative.

I would give negative stars this is a scam company no communication horrible horrible horrible. After I disputed purchase for not receiving item with PayPal on the date (10-days) from open dispute Shalamon.com had to respond they sent an email shipped after 30 days of order no response no communication dispute with PayPal I received item opened it to find instead of the hoodie I order a pillow case with a zipper also there was blood on the label. Reported to PayPal. Disgusting company. Don’t throw your money away

I'm not being paid for this review. Here's my story...
My grandson wanted the Mortal Combat Frozen jacket and he sent me a link to this company. I checked with his mom she said it's legitimate. I ordered the jacket on December 5th. The next day I received an e-mail supposedly from the owner thanking me for ordering. But what I found odd was the Pay Pal confirmation was in Spanish (I am hispanic) and it had curse words. regardless I choose to pay with a VISA. In the interum, I Heard a story on the news of many phone websites out there that were phony websites so I became suspicious because here it is December 17th and I had not heard from the company so I e-mailed them and called and I never got a response and the phone message said something like not taking calls so I became even more suspicious. I called my bank and Pay Pal to see if I can get my money back my bank advised to wait the 15 days. As of December 23rd I took this as a loss and dissapointment for my grandson so I needed a plan B and I bought him something else.

If you BELIEVE.....On Christmas Eve at 2:30pm I receive a call from Fed Exp he says "is this the Brown residents"? I said Yes, he said "this is Fed Exp and I'm outside your gate I have a package that requires signature." All of my packages had been accounted for I so was not thinking I would get the jacket and sure enough that's what it was. My grandson knew that he most likely would not get it so on Christmas Eve night he opened the gift and the look on his face and excitement was PRICELESS. The jacket does have the size, which fit him perfect and the design was exactly how it was pictured.So, thank you Shalamon for making my grandsons Christmas so special.

I’d give a negative star if possible, ordered an XL hoodie November 18th, tracking number showed it was in China, stayed there for about 2 weeks, then all of a sudden it registers it checked in by my house and after a month I got it...woohoo right, well I ordered an XL for an adult, not an 8yr, there is no tag even indicating the size, also made of a certain material, not necessarily bad, but 0 clue on how it should be washed, and except for my address, the label was in Chinese, I’d have more satisfaction opening a window and literally throwing money out of it

I ordered a hoodie for my wife for Christmas on the 24 th of November and they said I would have it on December 3 then sent that I would be contacted 10 business days afterwards not have herd nothing so I'm going to see what I can have done about this issue cause it's against the law for this company to do this bit they think they can so we will see what happens but if I would have known any of this I have seen on here I would not have ever ordered anything from these people b

Holy smokes!!! I wish like woah reading these. All these reviews are exactly what I’m going through. Ordered a Christmas sweater for a party today dec, 13th ordered it nov,20th and nothing. By far worst customer service I’ve ran across ever.

Oh crap! I wish I had referred to the customer reviews of this site before I ordered anything. I too have tried to email their customer support AND call their customer support. The phone number rings busy and no replies from my emails. I checked out their customer support phone number and it appears to be a default customer support number that many companies use as a fake number. Costly lesson learned here.

Can someone please report these guys to fraud or to the F.B.I because they keep scamming all these poor people for their hard working money that’s not right SCAM ARTISTS!!!

Horrible customer service and unwilling to make things right. They don't tell you anywhere on the product description that it takes weeks to make. After finding this out, I searched for a customer service phone number to call and cancel my order but they don't have one. So I send an email which took them 14 hours to respond to tell them to cancel my order if it won't make it before halloween. They responded afterwards telling me that it had to be cancelled within 24 hours (it would have been if they had a phone number or just responded to emails faster) and that it would be 7-10 days before it would even be processed. This makes no sense and is a bs policy. They obviously were days away from even starting on my order and had no legitimate reason not to cancel it. After 3 more emails with customer service completely ignoring my demands I gave up and filed a dispute with PayPal.

Do not buy anything! Their products are not as images. They will not let you cancel an order. Took 4 weeks to receive the product that did not match the image. They do not take returns. Their customer satisfaction claim statement is a lie. I can not write a review for their product as they review and publish all reviews.

The product is far inferior to what they've posted on their website. They take 45 days to ship. This is a scam. Do not buy from here.

Do not order from this company they will get your money he will not get your merchandise I ordered from this coming it's been 32 days and still no merchandise when I contact them out of thirty two emails I sent to this company they responded three times give us 3 to 5 days the same thing all three males they got their money and I still do not have merchandise they gave her tracking number but it was invalid tracking number I wrote the PayPal PayPal contact with them through an email and through their PayPal account they did not even contact PayPal back they are scammers do not order anything from this company you will be disappointed and not get your merchandise they do not do business the right way they get your money and you get nothing

Do not order from this company I ordered a hoodie for my son's birthday and never got it his birthday has come and gone the one thing he really wanted he did not get because of this company they got their money the day the order was placed I left email after email after email trying to get in touch with someone there because there is no phone number no one could tell me where the hoodie was the tracking number they gave me did not exist and then after days and days when someone did get back with me they said give us three to five business days I ordered his hoodie on October 2nd it is now November 1st and still no hoodie but yet they got their money for the hoodie the day I ordered it and there's no way to get in touch with anyone there it's as if they don't exist so please don't order from this company because I think they're nothing but scammers and I don't want anyone to get scammed by these people

This company is horrible. The product does not look like what they post on their website. They wont pay for a return label. A TOTAL SCAM!!! Stay away stay far away. They do not have a phone # and the address on their website is fake. They go by Anicoworld.com also.

Don't buy from this company! You will get a terrible product and they will refuse to accept a return, even within the return policy timeline.
