Worst Customer Service - Freezing Funds

You guys have a horrible customer service and a horrible customer service employee named Joey that does not know what means providing a service. Thank God I did not transfer thousands into this account as I would have been very disappointed and let down. Instead of helping, your employee Joey told me that the reason why I was not receiving my transfer for over 48hours was because of my email address… What kind of pathetic answer is that. If you look at my history please pay attention, I have transferred tens of thousands of dollars and not what time did I had this kind of issue with the same email address. Now, I tried to transfer a couple hundreds and it is taking over 48hours to process? What kind of service are you guys offering? You guys are not sorry and do not care because if that would be the case, the email change would have been approved right away since you guys were talking directly to the account holder. I informed your employee Joey that I needed to transfer this amount asap in order to pay a bill. You guys do not care so stop it with your customer service bs and assess the situation right away especially when you have a customer with this kind of tenure asking you to resolve an issue. You guys went from one of the best to the worst.

Most appauling investment experience ever…

This was my very first venture into the world of crypto currencies and I was, and still am, excited about the prospects. I am however, appalled at the lack of support available from Shakepay to assist me in getting this started. I have emailed and done what I believed was necessary and for some reason you have decided to suspend my account. Other than waiting on any response from Shakepay, which apparently is not coming, I have done all that I believed was necessary to complete this transaction. As I mentioned in previous emails, I was open to a frank discussion about my account, but heard nothing. Here is what has transpired:

1. Jan 6 – wire transfer requested and sent from my TD Bank / sent wire receipt to shakepay.
2. Jan 7 – email received from Jonathan asking if I was using any other crypto platforms / I replied stating no – this is the only crypto platform I would be using.
3. Jan 8 – email from Jonathan asking if any other party had any involvement in my Shakepay account / I replied on Jan 10 that no one else had involvement in my Shakepay account.
4. Jan 10 – sent a second email to shakepay hoping that someone would contact me.
5. Jan 12 – email to Jonathan asking for contact and discussion to solve whatever is going on. I expected that he would at least have the decency in replying to my emails with a way forward.
6. Jan 12 – email to Shakepay pleading with someone to reply and help me establish a way forward.

After many attempts via email and your online chat, I find myself and my large amount of funds in limbo, and as a result I demand that Shakepay returns my funds asap. I expect that transaction to begin immediately.

I am left with no choice but to leave a review on Trustpilot indicating how poor and pathetic your services are and have been for me. When it comes to investing large sums of funds into crypto currencies, this is apparently not the wallet to use. To anyone I know who is interested in venturing into crypto, I will be sharing this negative experience with them. I am expecting a prompt response.

I have been to the bank over 3 times trying to resolve this. Shakepay states on their site that this should take 1-2 business days. It is now Jan 13, which is 6 business days, and my funds have not arrived. Still no response from anyone to my emails. The last communication I had was with Jonathan on Jan 8 - nothing since!

I hope this will get someone from Shakepay to contact me so that I can get my money returned.
