Shakedownrecords never contacted me to let me know my order was delivered to a neighbour. Only found out after I contacted them as tracking number was incorrect. Went to this neighbor who said they don’t have my order. Shakedownrecords couldn’t care less. I had to open a dispute to get a full refund.
I don't know what this mobs problem is. I have contacted them ten times yet no reply whatsoever. They don't give a damn about their customers. I tried contacting them on ebay and same old story. I'm asking about a cd they have and they just don't reply so they lose my business.
Very bad service. They lost my item because the shipping wasn't tracked. I asked several times for a new shipping. After one month they sent me a new item but they compelled me to pay the shipment again. Not reccomended.
So glad I've found their official website. Been buying from their ebay store for a few years, but now that I'm getting off ebay's buyer unfriendly site I can now get stuff directly from Shakedown and, as there are no extortionate fees payable, the products are cheaper too! Great stuff.

I returned a vinyl album at my own expense and wasn't reimbursed. Customer service was very poor. A new item was eventually sent out. All in all 3 to 4 weeks to get to hear the album was a tad too long.
