Not impressed at all
friend said its ok but I really dont see why. layout ugly, games loading slow, nothing special, just another place to lose money online honestly

The little bar that shows wagering is really vague. It jumps in weird increments and doesn’t show exact remaining amount clearly. Makes it hard to know when you’re done.
I like low-stakes blackjack just for fun, but here most tables had minimums that are too big for me. Only a couple cheap ones that are always full. Not somewhere for casual players really.
They advertise instant withdrawals, but that only applies to some e‑wallets I don’t even use. My card withdrawal was pending for three days. That is not instant by any normal meaning of the word.
The daily cashout limit is pretty low, so if you win a bit more, you have to withdraw in chunks over several days. More waiting, more stress.
Site showed everything in my local currency when I signed up, but when I deposited it suddenly converted to euros with some weird rate. Wasn’t a huge amount of money, but I still lost a few units on the conversion for no good reason.
Maybe it’s in my head, but my balance seems to vanish way faster here than on other sites with the same bets. After a few sessions I decided it’s not worth testing more.
Tried to find actual RTP information for the games but it’s hidden or missing. Some slots don’t show paytables clearly either. For an online casino that’s a red flag to me, I prefer places where they show the numbers openly.
The bonus I claimed had this big countdown clock on the screen the whole time, like I’m racing to lose my money before it hits zero. It made me bet faster and more than I should have. Feels intentional and not in a good way.
I deposited without ticking any bonus box, but they still added a bonus automatically. That locked my balance under wagering I never wanted. Support said they “can’t remove it now”. So I had to grind through or forfeit everything. Annoying trick.
I finally triggered a bonus feature on a slot, and right in the middle the site logged me out saying “security check”. When I logged back in the feature was gone and the win was minimal. Support gave me some generic answer. I’m still annoyed.
I accidentally clicked allow notifications and this casino started sending me popups on my desktop all day. Even after I disabled it in browser, I kept getting emails too. Felt really intrusive.
Putting money in took two clicks, but when I decided to self-exclude it turned into an interrogation. They tried to convince me to just “take a break” instead and delayed the closure for days. That left a bad taste.
I asked a simple thing about my bonus balance and the chat agent kept sending generic messages like “anything else I can help you with?” without actually answering. After 10 minutes they just closed the chat. Felt like talking to a bot that doesn’t listen.
Somewhere it says there’s a max bet when using bonus, but it’s not displayed in-game. I exceeded it without realising.
I played for a couple of months and my “rewards” added up to a few euros worth of free spins on games I don’t even like. Considering how much I lost, it felt almost insulting.
Decent site overall but hate that they charge a fee for fiat withdrawals.
Support was actually helpful when my game froze during a bonus round, credited my account back in 5 mins.
verification process is a joke. been waiting 4 days just for them to reject my utility bill.
