She explained they just caught wind of a faulty shipment, and she sent out a replacement pair that she personally inspected. I appreciate her thoroughness with this matter, and I'll definitely make more purchases.

They are a great company. I ordered a pair of shades, but when they arrived I had gotten the wrong color. All I did was send them an email and they quickly responded and sent a new pair. Shipping was fast and the price is unbeatable!

I still have not received the…
I still have not received the sunglasses. I received an email telling me they had been delivered. They had, but not to my home. They were delivered back to the company in California. I have sent 2 emails but have not received a reply yet. So far this has not been a good purchase nor good customer service on the company's part.

I love my new sunglasses
I love my new sunglasses! I'm losing my sight and any light hurts my eyes, no other sunglasses have come even close to blocking the sun and even some indoor lighting.
I would love to get a pair that block the light from the sides also.
