I've been a customer of Shadowfoam for a few years now and the standout for me is the customer service.
The product is good, and while Jona does, to be honest, make it look a bit easier than it really is (for me anyway!) on the Youtube videos, I have got pretty decent results on my Tool Drawers, Tool Boxes and even Air Pistol hard carry box. Not as good as Jona Shone would have done, but it is acceptable and does the job.
As well as buying sheets of foams for my projects, I have also been a random winner on the companies YouTube videos, which is a nice little bonus and a few months ago Jona started a Wotnot Monday Auction and have won a couple of handy items at a good price.
This is what I mean by the Customer Service - from the very first order where for some reason the wrong (old) address was used for my shipping (my fault), and the CS dept sorted it out, to the little extras like having the Competitions and now the Monday Auctions, it is great to see a small company grow and be successful by putting in the effort and going the extra mile for their customers.
Recommended Business and while it is not a product you buy that frequently typically, you know when you need it, you won't be disappointed.

used before in my tstaks and other toolboxes, worked well so now working through the rest of the workshop. Easy enough when you follow the instructions, getting the cutting kit they do made a big difference. looks mint now 👍

Shadowfoam has made my toolbox looks so good! Now I am super happy with how organized my tools are. There can be problems with buying from UK, but no issues from the shadowfoam team :)

It took a while to get the peeling but after a test it was super easy! Just like the videos!! Will buy again

Having now seen the foam I expect the pre-cut sheets would make excellent storage. However, creating your own is another story.

I bought a couple of 70mm sheets of foam, one to practice on and one to actually use, to make some basic storage for some multiplier fishing reels. I also bought their pro cutting kit. All that was required was 3 cylindrical holes. The problem is that the holes needed to be deep, if this had been a spanner or screwdriver like in the videos then it would be fine, but trying to make anything of depth ended up in 2 wasted sheets of foam with several irregular cones cut through them. I decided to write off both sheets and use them for practice. Non of the holes I cut convinced me that I'd get a satisfactory result with if I bought a new sheet.

You can probably get close to what you see in the videos with practice and several £100 worth of wasted foam, but I'd not recommend this if you're looking to do anything that is larger than regular tools. A custom cutting service would be nice where you can provide templates.

Discovered this product via their YouTube channel. Finally took the plunge and ordered, foam arrived within 2 days and was exacty as advertised. Took me a little go to peel it out but very easy to get used to and produce a good result. My toolboxes have never been so organised!

Shadowfoam is a game-changer! The foam is high quality, easy to use, and finally lets me organise my tools in a way that looks professional and feels amazing every time I open the case.

I spent a long time researching this product on YouTube and found that it was recommednded to protect tools. Purchased online during a sale to save some money. Next day shipping free. it does take some getting used to when cutting but I was persistent and the results were good and worked. Did excatly what I neeed it to do.

Ordered some shadow foam from this company mess up with address then package went back never got item and now they refuse to refund my money until they have the goods been over 6 weeks now and still no refund sent email after email they just keep saying they don't have my item bull shit just refund my money

Can't comment on tool cases but I use this stuff to stop breakages and rattles in the motorhome and it's epic. Not expensive and was dead easy to use with the instructions they give you - definitely recommend for that.

The product works well, and with time and patience you can get close to what is demonstrated. However, I think this is an enthusiast product due to the effort required and lack of flexibility once cut. The video instructions are good and I recommend watching them all - beware that the written instructions cover only a fraction of what you need to know. They are reluctant to advise when contacted about is something ok when laying out, and just referred me to videos which I'd already told them I'd fully watched. When queried about a delivery issue, they were rather impolite and attempted to gaslight me about what happened. Overall their responses were quite grating - they are not really the matey personas as seen on their social media.

Brought these for my new tool box the custom inserts are very good but hard to cut out but starter packs you have to cut to size yourself and returns can be very costly to return around £7.00 to.£10.00. So it pointless to return.
Cheaper product cut to size out there.

The videos makes this look so easy until you try just remember the person doing it has everything at his disposal to make it look good it maybe OK for flat things but things like drills or impacts please don't bother you will have to cut so deep their is very little protection on the base even screwdrivers can be very difficult spent £90.00 on inserts, starter kit and smoother pointless wasted more and my money.
You also get emails asking you to revise your review in my honest option don't waste your money and look for pre cut insert for the items you have.

Easy enough to use and creates a good solution for your toolkit. It looks pretty tidy for a DIY job, takes some time but works well.

Excellent product and their customer support is first class. Easy to deal with and really helpful. Product does what it says on the tin, but they still offer lots of support to assist you and show you how it’s done. Very good.
