ShadowBet has been great. I have had some good wins here. The customer service is super fast and friendly! I recommend playing at ShadowBet! They have some great games. So far I'm satisfied.

First of all, the positive reviews you find about ShadowBet in my opinion must be 100% lies. There is NO CHANCE this platform is legit or ethical. Those who have tried to withdraw winnings or even tried to get their ID verified know there is nothing 'simple or easy' about their ID verification or withdrawal process.
This is what happened to me.
2 weeks ago I had a favorable session at ShadowBet.
After having heated convo's with chat support the night prior I put in my request for withdrawing which was $900.
I said to my partner that they were going to make this difficult for me to withdraw.
And ShadowBet admin, true to form did just exactly that.
it began with the request for my ID verification docs. I have done this process countless times. I know the process and what are acceptable submissions. Aside from their unethical privacy-invading required docs to verify one's self they kept telling me they don't accept scanned copies. None of my docs were. I even took from my phone like they asked and they STILL said they have scanned docs. After a couple of days worth of trying to get verified to withdraw it became apparent to me that my docs would ALWAYS BE REJECTED and i would never be able to get my money. I recorded the entire thing on video, posted it on my YouTube channel but just today my channel was removed. Can you say CORRUPT ON A VIRAL LEVEL? Avoid ShadowBet at all costs! They are digital thieves who are never held accountable. You can't and won't WIN EVER!

This casino is legit and withdrawals are fast! I won 300$ and got it a couple of days later in my account. Then I won 3400$!! I love this casino and would recommend it to anyone.

Avoid at all costs people seems dodgy when I fill in all my details accept there privacy and terms and conditions press accept to register after giving them all my details then it froze said my account was blocked it just seems really fishy like they have done it just to get my info would definately avoid

I found shadow bet casino very unreliable and the gaming return percentage completely rubbish in a space of 11 months I deposited close to $7000 dollars and had zero decent wins or anything over $300 in any single gaming session their ourboros setup is absolute rubbish with either a loss or a silly 5 free games at 0.10 bet I got to level 130+ and after making a complaint would only give me something decent but only if I deposited for the month of August the biggest single win I've ever seen them advertise was $2800 I don't recommend this site at all and think their so called random code generator is non existent

Making an account is very easy, and so is putting money in your account. But when jou want to make a withdraw.....
The want an ID, Bank account information, your energie bill for your adres.... on a mailadres that doesn't exist!!!
It is a scam, do not go there.

If I could it would be minus stars. I deposited money and played for a while. Then even tho I had credit it would not let me play saying session has ended. I want on to limits page the only limit I had put on was for how much to deposit. I tried for 3 days to play the credit (not bonus credit ) still could not play so want into CHAT and was told all would be ok for the next day. Guess what, I couldn't play so again went into CHAT and was told all would be ok next day. Well today is the next day and I still can't play because they have shut me out I cannot log in at all. They are scammers and should be SHUT DOWN. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

I've use to play a while, i send it all documents requested for identification, my account appeared as verified, and because i put my account in cold period for a few days, when i came back i make it an deposit. They let me do, and then, ques what? I wasn't able to play. My account was restricted and they asked me to fill a stupid wealth of identity questionnaire where they wanted to know whats my job, my race, where i am from as nationality etc. Really, we are playing on a CIA platform? Who is interested if i am white or black, where i am coming from etc, if i am living in UK, and i already provided all documents witch was requested as identity verification?
They reserve the right to ask for wherever they want any time. !!!!!

Rules and complaints in the UK. I understand this. But ..... why they are not doing all of this verification before to let you to make deposits, or, to spend your money without possibility of withdrawal ?
Why they are not honest with us as customers? Why they have not any phone contact no?
I will not recon to anybody to have any experience with shadowbet .
