The first time I ordered parts for my glasses; they were sent to the wrong address then returned to the provider. I never got a refund. The second time I order parts my glasses; they miss the delivery date entirely then are shipped back to Texas even though they had already been shipped to Oregon which is the state they should be in. Now I have no idea when the parts will arrive since there is no delivery date.

Hard to get sunnies, great condition second hand
Couldn’t get these older Oliver Peoples sunglasses anywhere else and found them on this site. Fast delivery to Australia and they’re in great condition.

Shade Review Store was awesome. I will absolutely use them again. I had an upcoming trip and wanted new sunglasses. They shipped the very next morning. Unfortunately USPS lost the glasses for a few days (100% not the fault of Shade Review Store!) and despite everything they refunded the expedited shipping fee without even being asked. Truly great customer service. Oh, and the sunglasses are exactly as described for a fraction of the cost.

I'm so sorry. We accidentally shipped out the wrong color to this customer. Once notified we immeadlity shipped out the correct at no additional charge and didn't make the customer send back the incorrect pair.
