I recently purchased a challenge and being new to funded accounts I made the mistake of picking the wrong server, yes my fault 100% I admit to my error.
I emailed SFX support immediately saying there was an error before I used the account. They not only took 24 hours to come back to me with a solution but they charged $75USD to change to MT5, surely a click of a button. Looks like SFX funded is the same as most other prop firms. Buyer beware!!!!!

Payout denied because I added position size after a losing trade? Why would this be a rule that denies a payout or a rule in general I went 8 perfect days of trading followed all rules but still got denied. Don’t trust this firm! Also the support is terrible it takes them over a day for each reply.

I recently discovered SFX Funded and have been exploring their platform and creating an account. The website is user-friendly, the rules are easy to understand, and the funding program seems attractive. I also like the competitions and prize opportunities they offer. Furthermore, they offer 24/7 customer support. Although I'm still evaluating the company, my first impression is positive and professional. I look forward to trying their services in the future.

I am rating one star because zero is not available. These people do not pay. They will close trades and close your account. They will not pay. Avoid. There are some good prop firms. These are not one of them. (Note I have multiple email addresses. I do not write reviews with the same email I use to buy challenges).

BEWARE of these SCAMMERS! Do not use! Go trade with Apex or another reputable firm.

⚠️ READ THIS BEFORE YOU BUY — Hidden Rules Not Disclosed at Checkout
I purchased an Instant Funded account based on what was shown at checkout: daily loss limit, max loss limit, and a promise to “withdraw profit whenever ready.” That’s it.
After paying, I discovered a long list of rules that were NEVER shown at checkout:
❌ Minimum Trading Days — 10 trading days before your FIRST withdrawal. 5 trading days before every withdrawal after that. So much for “withdraw whenever ready.”
❌ Consistency Rule (15%) — No single day’s profit can exceed 15% of your total profit. If it does, you cannot withdraw until you keep trading to dilute that day’s weighting. This rule alone can trap you indefinitely.
❌ 2% Minimum Withdrawal Requirement — You need at least 2% profit before you can withdraw anything.
❌ 2% Floating Loss Rule — An additional drawdown rule beyond the advertised max loss that most buyers won’t know about until it’s too late.
❌ Stop-Loss Required on Every Trade — Must be placed within 60 seconds of opening a position or the trade is automatically closed.
❌ News Trading Banned on Funded Accounts — No trading 2 minutes before or after major news events.
❌ No Hedging. No Trade Copiers.
The checkout page advertised this as simple and straightforward. It is not. These are complex, layered conditions that directly affect whether and when you can ever withdraw.
I lost my money because I trusted what was shown at the point of sale. Do NOT make the same mistake. Read every single FAQ page before you spend a penny.

Paid for an instant account. Received a email however did not send my trading credentials, I also emailed however did not get a response.

I purchased a challenge account and completed the payment over 24 hours ago. My account was never created automatically, and when I contacted support, I was told the "finance team is verifying the payment." It has been more than a day and I still have NO access to my account.

This is completely unacceptable. When a trader pays, they expect immediate access — not days of waiting with no clear timeline.

Support is polite but useless. They just forward your complaint and make you wait.

I would NOT recommend SFX Funded to any serious trader. There are better and more reliable prop firms out there. Avoid this firm if you value your time and money.

SFX advertises 3% daily drawdown and 6% max drawdown for Instant Funding, but my account was breached due to a separate 2% Floating PnL rule. My dashboard still showed daily drawdown remaining, yet the account was marked as failed. This 2% floating loss rule is not displayed prominently on the main dashboard alongside the key risk rules, even though it is stricter than the advertised 3% daily loss in practice.

PLEASE be aware guys they dont pay no one BIG SCAM alert make em viral ! They playing everyone around ! Dont get ur money stuck with them ! They have no payout system only hidden rules ! Dont pay them any money please find something good so many options around guys ! BE CAREFUL

My brief experience with SFX Funded has been good and primarily with their discord community. It's a place to stay updated on their latest news, proof of real payouts, giveaways, promotions, chart analysis chats and a general community to interact with others. Customer support and community moderator, Chibs, has been helpful and does a great job running the SFX Funded discord channels alongside their other social media platforms.

I was denied a payout of $1085.10 with their 20K instant funding account. Despite scaling through 15% consistency, 10 days minimum of profitable days, trailing maximum drawdown, no martingale, and yet they will accuse you of simple layering just to deny your payout.

Be very careful of them, they are too cheap to be trusted. They may cause you your mental health, stay away from them.
