Bad experience

Really bad
First we start as partners with Sebastian but unfortunately dealing with him was unprofessional at all, first there was no clear report where he was writing the report by himself instead of downloading it. but the surprise was when we stop working with him he refused to give us the adgang for our trustpilot and our social media and after ao many phone calls we got the social media but not the trust pilot where we had to make a whole new one .
And now he start to make negative comments on our social media videos like a 5 years old child just to get some revenge it is like ( grow up man )
Truly sad for him and bad experience to us.

Edits for your reply : if you are not a kitchen member or not working in a kitchen before so it is better not to comment on it, your customer have the exact same and even if you make one beef in your kitchen you wash it so you don’t have to be smart enough to know that is because of busy hours ( maybe your customers doesn’t know those hours).
But if you had a small responsibility or respect for your work you don’t leave a comment like this for a previous customer (ps: leaving a laugh smile to your comment doesn’t mean you’re mature enough for your work )

Jeg er meget uforstående overfor dette "angreb". Det er helt korrekt, at i har været kunde ved mig. Du stoppede samarbejdet med mig d. 2 januar 2024, altså et år siden nu.

Du beder om adgang til de ting du nævner. Eftersom at der var interne udfordringer i BurgerBeast valgte jeg, at give dig adgang til de ting, som jeg har været med til at oprette. Jeg har ikke været med til, at oprette Trustpilot til jeres restaurant, hvorfor jeg henviser til, at du skal få adgang gennem din partner, som ejer 50% af det selskab du er en del af.

Det er helt korrekt, at jeg har lavet EN kommentar på jeres TikTok profil. Ligesom du måske reagerer på opslag på sociale medier, så er jeg også i min gode ret til, at lave en kommentar. Min kommentar på jeres opslag, kom på baggrund af en video, hvor der bliver hevet en gut ind fra gaden, for at lave en burger i jeres køkken, hvor man så ovenover jeres stegeplade kan se kæmpe brune plamager (ligner skidt, fedt, snavs etc.). Så jeg skriver "Måske i skal gøre rent over jeres stegeplade". At du tolker den meget negativt, tror jeg kommer på baggrund af, at du har set dig sur på mig, på baggrund af ovenstående situation med jeres Trustpilot.

At du så efterfølgende går ind og skriver en kommentar på et af mine opslag, ved jeg ikke om din "Grow up man, you are 5 year old child" holder.

At beskylde mig for, at have anmeldelser fra venner og familie, er ikke okay. Det er decideret løgn og du finder kun anmeldelser fra kunder eller samarbejdspartner, som har fået leveret en ydelse fra mig.

Vedrørende jeres Trustpilot-konto, var jeg ikke involveret i oprettelsen af denne, og jeg har derfor ikke haft nogen adgang at overlevere. Jeg henviste dig dengang til din partner, som ejede halvdelen af virksomheden, for at få løst dette internt.
