No one came to deliver anything
Watched the tracking the whole time. I was home all week and I received nothing. Not one postal worker stopped. No one. I called and they say “it was handed to another carrier it's delivered on our part.” Ugh, I'm frustrated because this was for my small business. I know this comes with the job but this is the first and only time I have has shipping issues. Pay extra for shipping with a company you trust! I've learned my lesson.

SF Express is a Chinese shipping company, and Chinese shipping workers steal packages. Of the 8 times my Amazon JP packages have shipped using SF Express, only 4 of them ever arrived as intended. 3 went missing, and 1 arrived with items missing, plus even some other items I didn't order thrown in there.

SF Express and Cheng Ling are both scams. Placed order May 2022. 1st contacted Chen Ling in June about not receiving. They sent a track # that said delivered (don't know where🤔wasn't my address). Emailed them SEVERAL times to request package or refund w/o success. Track info directed me to a website for answers since CLAIMED delivered. This company's a SCAM: DON'T ORDER FROM THEM unless you have extra money to lose because that's what'll happen🤬. IF anyone knows how to get a refund PLEASE let me know !!!

I fell through the Looking Glass
The tracking says the package was picked up on Aug. 7th. On Aug. 16th (!!!) it finally left the carrier. On Aug. 17th it left the carrier. Again. On Aug. 18th it left the carrier twice, once at 4:51 AM and again at 8:39 AM. Then it rested for three days from all the hard work of repeatedly leaving the same carrier over and over again and on Aug. 21 tried to leave again. I am waiting with baited breath to see if my brave little package actually manages to leave the carrier this time.
When I asked the (very nice) seller what the heck this means, I received a reply that SF Express (talk about false advertising!) said that due to Covid 19 they have to disinfect the package many times!!!

Slower than a turtle and never updates their tracking in a timely manner. Customer service not really helpful. My parcel was dispatched last May 5 ffom SG until now, I do not know what's happening, they kept saying it is at customs. They do not have a contact number for customer service in the UK. Stay away from companies that use them as a courier to avoid headache. SF International have some decency to sort out the complaints here!
