Fraud
I placed an order for over $2000 and when I made a return request just I received some address where to send the shipment. When I asked why they didn't provide me a return label in case in there terms and conditions is written that they would, I never received an answer. I will keep the product because I am sure I will not receive a refund from them. Before placing an order, read the return policy, because this will make you sure, that a return option does not exist with them

Ordered 2 pair of shoes and only got 1. Had to email them to find out one of the shoes we're out of stock. Don't understand why I was even able to order and get charged if it was out of stock smh. Communication was not so good.
