I ordered the Brigitte Brianna Habit Pant and they arrived within a couple of days. The quality is great but unfortunately, they were too short for me so I needed to return them. The return process was quick and easy!

The clothing I ordered didn't fit. When I tried to make the return online, I wasn't able to do a "refund" only exchange. I then had an online chat with Des who was able to make the necessary arrangements for receiving a refund w/o any other questions or issues. She was very kind and helpful. I'm bummed it didn't fit but grateful for the service as advertised to make the refund happen w/in the 72 hours. Highly recommend this company and Des :)
