Everything from the great customer service to the unbelievable fast shipping was excellent. Placed order for an alexus doll. Was shipped a similar body but not what was pictured chest is about 5 inches below what was advertised. Was promised a free gift that has been over 2 months and still not sent. Feel as if I should have shopped elsewhere, customer service has ended and not replying. Reply to company's message. I contacted you through email twice about the gift kit and was told you were moving and would ship them when in new location. Both times you said you had not sent now the courier lost it

She's broken and they do not honor the money back guarantee.
They sent you a "kit" to fix her not it doesn't fix her.

I made a purchase and then it happened that my address was in a remote area. First I thought that this must be a scam because they needed more money for the shipping and it literally says on their website that there are never shipping fees. However, they claim that their conditions say that there can be shipping fees if the shipping address is in a remote area. It's kinda controversial if the website says that there are never shipping fees but the terms (which many people don't read) says there might be. Anyway, I should have read the terms, I guess.

Anyway, because I ordered during holiday days and thought at first it was a scam, I wanted to cancel my order and was able to do that and got a refund! The customer service was friendly and understanding and we were able to settle this misunderstanding.

I'd recommend them but don't be like me and read the terms!!
