Ordered in August, dispatched in September, still not received in January, found out from the delivery company it was never sent and I never received any reply to my many emails so never got any money back.

Ordered something in September, it’s now December and I still haven’t received it. The tracking number given was invalid, when I emailed customer service I did not receive any type of response. Seems like a scam website to me.

Whatever you do, do not order from Sewmoon.

They provided a hoodie which arrived about 3 months late, extremely cheap quality and the stitching was all wrong.

I then reached out to try and solve the issue and get things sorted but completely ignored. They have essentially stolen money from me as I have ordered a product and they have delivered the wrong one. And it’s not cheap.

There are hundreds of companies out there like Sewmoon who deliver good products with a good service. This seems like an immature one man band pretending to “run a business” and failing in every way. This company will be shut down soon enough and I have my legal team already looking into “Lucas Zhang at Sewmoon”

Sewmoon are disgusting people. I ordered 3 hoodies as gifts. These cost me around £150. After almost 2 months one hoodie is delivered but the other two have never been sent. They are not responding. So they’ve basically stolen £100 from me. Not even a peep from them. Such horrid people

Honestly guys, don’t do it! Absolutely awful products! Took ages, received a sweatshirt instead of a hoodie I have ordered and paid for, and now customer care not answering to any of my emails.

What a scam, heartbreaking to know that there are still traders out there, whom don’t give a damn..

Similar to previous comments, I have not checked the reviews prior to ordering. I was charmed by the adverts that showed beautiful deigns.

The parcel was supposed to be delivered within 2 weeks and this never happened. After two weeks I emailed the customer service email to which no one has responded but after some time I have received an email to confirm my parcel is on the way.

After receiving the parcel that was already delayed by at least a week, I couldn't believe in poor stitching and multiple loose threads on the hoodie. I have emailed the customer services again and included pictures as per their return policy with the request for an exchange/ return. Mr Lucas Zhang has responded immediately saying this is not possible as the product is customized.

I have then shared a screenshot from their page of the return policy and also highlighted the point of false advertising as the quality of the hoodie is nowhere near the pictures included and the description provided.

I have not received a response ever since.

Awful product. They advertise this gorgeous design. I sent in a clear photo, and what they sent back looks like it was designed by a kindergartener. Lucas zhang replied offering me 50%off, which I said I wanted 100%. No refund was given and no replies after. I wish I could show the photo of how bad the design was, and how bad the quality of the sweater is.

Wouldn’t even give it 1*, ordered a jumper for my friends birthday of her CAT which took over a month to arrive despite the 6-10 day shipping policy. What arrived (over a month later and weeks after her birthday) was a French bullDOG. I don’t know a French bulldog. They won’t change my order or refund me :(

Worst company I have ever ordered from. It took a month to get here and the image was super small and not what was advertised. Don’t waste your money!!!

They sent shirts with a photo that wasn't mine, and now just say they don't offer refunds. Plus it was poor quality. SCAM!

Horrible company! I purchased 3 custom sweaters (~$150) and I waited around for weeks! The FAQ say you should get the order within 10 days and that couldnt be far from the truth!! I emailed them asking them where my sweaters were and I got an email from "Lucas Zhang" an hour later stating that they get behind on orders and the delivery is 11-19 business days alone! I emailed them and told them to cancel my order since they were so busy and no reply! I emailed them AGAIN saying cancel it and they never did. I still havent gotten my money back! I got my order (finally) and the order was completely wrong!! The sweaters are all different brands and feel cheap and gross. It feels like a potato sack on the inside of the green sweater! I haven't gotten any emails from them and have decided to dispute it with my bank. Stay away from sewmoon!!

Took a while to arrive but it’s absolutely amazing !! I love it so much and they’ve really captured my dog in the embroidery. Was very sceptical because of reviews but it really is gorgeous

Same as all other reviews AVOID. Lack of responses and when they did they just repeat the same text. Took over a month to arrive, arrived but completely wrong to what i ordered, position extra....... Quality is poor.

Possibly a SCAM as this site looks exactly the same sewher.com using the same pictures?

I would give 0 stars if I could, wish I had read these reviews before placing an order. Took over 4 weeks for the order to arrive when it stated 10 days on the website. Sent numerous emails all which were ignored. Finally arrived and the quality of both the stitch work and the jumper is awful, not what you’d expect after paying nearly £50. This is no more than a cheap “primark” hoodie with bad stitching

Wish I had looked them up before placing an order. Much like the other reviews, took a month for the item to arrive and when it did it was incorrect. They used the wrong photo. In addition to it being poorly done and terrible quality. It's clear now this is a scam and they've stolen someone else's images. AVOID.

The quality of the sweatshirt is terrible and the image looks nothing like my cat. It’s even hard to tell it is a cat. The fabric is very cheap. Not worth $80. I ordered on Sept 2 and received it today, October 5.

I placed my order on 01/09/23 and Spent over £120. When my order arrived, it was wrong. The quality is awful not only of the hoodies but the stitch work. They took ages to respond to my incorrect order email but offered 50% refund.

I accepted but havent received the refund and now they’re not replying to my emails. In fact I noticed that the email “name” went from their actual email address to showing “Lucas zhang”

I’ve tried contacting via the website but no response.

It is now 05/10/23.

I guess I’ve been totally scammed - DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

The quality of the stitched image was absolutely shocking and nothing like the commercial clip, do not use.
What I received was something a 5yr old kid would do at school

ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING SERVICE!! Ordered an item over a month ago now, was told 2 weeks for it to be delivered. Still nothing. 4 emails sent and zero response. Awful awful customer service.

Paid £44 for a dog stitched hoodie, still not received it and had no feed back from many emails sent regarding the item, now wondering if I have been scammed £44 ?
Would recommend to stay away from this so called company
