If I had read the reviews before ordering I would never have placed an order. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Delivery stated 3-5 working days. Have emailed several times and just get automated replies. 3 weeks after ordering I requested cancellation and refund and told too late to cancel despite order awaiting shipment.

ALERT FRAUDSTERS, Cheaters, scam...tried refund on the given address on there website and it came back to me. clearly they don't exist... BE CAREFUL

Complete scam company. Appear to be UK based, free delivery and returns. Never send order confirmation. Take payment in dollars and more than the product was advertised for. Then completely ignore what you say in emails to them. Tried to cancel the order 3 days later after I discovered they had taken more from my account and in USD. Still getting emails 45 days later saying they are pleased I am looking forward to my order! No product of course. Avoid or be scammed. Then another company takes money out of my account. Unlikely to be unrelated. Should be sent to prison.

Ordered a product on the 5th December 2022. A month later and still nothing has turned up. Avoid, avoid, avoid!! No response whatsover from their customer service dept. Absolute scam outfit.

AVOID!!! This is definitely a company to avoid at all costs. It took a month to get a shoddy product which they will not give me details to return. They also took an unauthorised subscription payment which they said they would refund and have failed to do so. I am determined to fight this.

I ordered a machine that never came despite the company extracting the cost the same day from my account. Three days ago I found that a company in California was trying to take a sum of money that equates to $19.98 in the US. From a scam site I've found this to be a monthly subscription amount to SEVOG that I have never signed up to. My bank has put a stop on it and is trying to get my purchase money back. They also said always check with Trustpilot before placing an order with an unknown company!!

THIS IS A SCAM.

I ordered a log store back in September.
I never received a confirmation email.
Took a screen shot of the order number from the website however.
Emailed the support email, no response for weeks from multiple attempts.
I got the money back through my bank (Everyone else please do this).
A few months later they took random payments from my account. I had these claimed back too and had them blocked.

Later on I have had random payments from other company names, from my research they are tied to the same scam company.
I have complained for a second time to the insolvency service.
Do this wherever you can!

I cannot believe this company is still active its a blatant scam.
Sometimes from reviews I believe you do receive the goods but they are below sub standard and they will continue to charge you anyway.

This is a scam company, ordered a hand chainsaw for £54 ,kept saying it had been sent. Asked for refund, no joy. Think this company needs looking into and shut down. Some people need arresting.

This is a scam website. I purchased a winter coat for my 1 year old.

They not only didn’t deliver the product and ignored requests to cancel/refund, they also used my card details to set up a reoccurring subscription service I never ordered and tried to charge my card for another order a few weeks later.

I also had a number of unrecognised charge attempts from other sites including amazon shortly after my order - which (given this has never happened before) I can only presume was them also.

I luckily got refunded through my bank but would’ve lost more if I hadn’t cancelled my card in time.

Another Scam site,
Do Not Use them.
Ordered a school coat for my Granddaughter, never arrived.

These people are absolute trash

UPDATE 25 Jan 23. The SEVOG website seems to be dead now, and its not possible to send emails to them. Looks like the scammers have shut shop and prob opened elsewhere.

SCAM SCAM SCAM I am writing this on behalf of my mum, who tried to purchase a heated throw from them. Her experience is the same as everyone else. They add a VIP membership payment to your order, which my mum is adamant she see or accept when completing the order. She has not seen the items, tracking numbers or anything at all that would indicate she is likely to receive anything.
We are now trying to get our money back through our credit card, but as the value is under £100 then its not covered under UK legislation.

This company is corrupt.
Will not reply to emails.
Will not refund for second hand faulty components.

I want to give 0 stars…. Absolute appalling company.. I waited ages for my order, which I eventually received after many emails… I then find I’ve also been charged an additional £22.00 , when I queried this ( again after several emails) I was advised I had signed a form signing up to ‘VIP rewards subscription’ This was written in very small print without any explanation or warning… This company should be investigated!
