We've used this travel insurance company several times. Their insurance is competitively priced and usually has the features we look for. Fortunately, we didn't need to make a claim this time. I never had any reason to make any claim, so from that standpoint, I have no experience to base my opinion about your services for my health insurance coverage.I am glad that I did not need to call for a claim because voice calls from Ethiopia are fearfully expensive.
Just wondering, if you have a chat option for contact with your company if a claim were to be made? That would be a very useful alternative to access your services in places where there is poor internet connection and where voice calls would be very costly. Emails are also an alternative but not the best when one is in an emergency and needs to receive a rapid response, unless your email is monitored 24/7??

I appreciated that my sales agent was patient, knowledgeable and reassuring. I felt confident I was receiving the coverage I needed for trip cancelation or interruption plus sufficient medical assistance. Fortunately, I didn't need to use my policy but it gave me complete peace of mind while traveling.

I needed to extend my recent trip by two days.....I called you and you said it was impossible unless it was a disruption caused by some air related delay--but not because I just wanted to add to days to visit some historic site.
Too bad---was pretty much what you and your agent said and you didn't offer to help me since you didn't have any products. I wish I had know that when I used you----and by way I used you before and feel you really let us down.....

In today's call the representative was able to resolve my issues and I received all the documents I requested, and she also gave me access to a link where I can self-service my account documents. In a previous call, the representative was less helpful. She had agreed to send me documents but only sent the ID. I didn't realize that I wasn't getting any document that showed my coverage. This representative was much more helpful.
