No product received. Credit card charged.

I did not receive the product. That I ordered in august but got charged for it.

I ordered the NANO EYE DROPS
over a month ago and shows on their order page still processing. I have sent several e-mails and no response. This is all fake just to steal your money. Be careful!!!!

Scam from the git-go. Ordered (2) Glucose monitors and received (2) Oximeters from an individual’s return address in NY (?) I paid using PayPal and after several failed attempts to have them ship the correct product, I filed a claim with PayPal and received a full refund, including shipping charges… The complaint initially requested that I pay for return shipping 🤣 which I refused to do and requested a prepaid shipment label. I was told to just keep the items, which indicates their lack of value. (e.g. JUNK) Payment via PayPal was a good decision/ they had my back the entire way!

I would rate it zero if available. Ordered non-invasive glucose, never received it. Contacted PayPal and no response from them. Scam from both companies!

I bought the invasive glucose monitor and never received it. However, I did receive the Oximeter(2). Don't buy from this provider. This is a SCAM. Several others have also reported the same thing.

I ordered the same thing. Did not get blood sugar monitor. They lied in their ad.

and received 2 Oximeters instead. I emailed the company and they ignored my email. Don't need oximeters as I already have them.

These people are crooks! I have been waiting for my pulse oximeter/blood glucose monitor for months. It just arrived and it’s a pulse oximeter. Their website is down website is down so complaining isn’t going to help.

They said my order had been delivered, but I never received it, and they charged me for it! UPS has not been able to track it down, so I am requesting a refund!
I have contacted Pay Pal and you before and not getting this issue resolved!!

Ordered 2 glucose monitors and received 2 blood oximeters instead. Should have googled them to see all the negative reviews. Also since ordering my email is littered with spam email telling me I still have something in my cart. I do not.

what a bunch of CROOKS order a glucose monitor and got a pulse o2 meter that don't work. Phone call rings busy and email not accepted DONT BUY FROM THESE

Received pulse meter. Doesn't work and not what I ordered. 4/21/25

Should be a triple zero rating. I ordered the Non-invasive GlucoSense monitor and received an oximeter instead. Still trying to get a 100% refund. They stated in last email 70% and I had to pay for returning the sent item that I didn't order. I also noticed that the company's ads (retailwang) can't be found anymore. All ads for the item, regardless of company name, go back to a company in Hong Kong. This is a scam. Don't order. FYI order was placed and confirmed on 2/24/25, incorrect item received 3/14/25. Been trying to get full refund along with free return shipping since arrival date.

4/9/25 Finally received notice after arguing via email that they will be giving me a 100% refund with no need to return the incorrect item sent. Once it is refunded to my credit card I will make sure and block future spam they send along with the order account information. Hopefully nobody else will have to deal with these spammers.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered two of the noninvasive blood glucose finger monitors and what I got was two pulse oximeters that don’t work! This company is a scam. Save your money! BUYER BEWARE!!!!! Ordered 3/8 and delivered two nonworking pulse oximeters came 3/25! Horrible company!!!

I ordered and had to contact them multiple times about my shipment, I have yet to receive it, but the have it marked delivered. I wouldn't have known that had I not checked.i can't seem to get a response. Luckily I paid through PayPal and will be requesting a refund. Do not trust

Similar to other reviews. I ordered 2 glucose monitors. About 1.5 months later received 2 oxygen monitors. I emailed them. After several back and forth emails with them saying i had to pay for return shipping they finally agreed to refund me the full amount. I threatened to contest the charge. Like others, I had been overcharged

I didn't place the order. Went to website to see and research item. Put in cart to see price. Exited page 15 mins later got email saying order was placed. They have no phone number they will not respond to emails. then the price is 24.95 they add with out choice 3.99 insurance plus 6 shipping and other fees. It went from 25 to 43.. I HAVE SENT 4 EMAILS ASKING TO CANCEL ORDER BUT ALL THEY DO IS SAY ITS BEEN SHIPPED..I DONT WANT $43 TOOTHPASTE THEY ARE A RIP OFF AND SCAM

I also ordered the glucose monitor o2 readings for a good amount of money. I waited almost 21/2 months for it to end up with just the I oxygen monitor and that’s what I received. It didn’t work out so I was just so frustrated by the whole situation I ended up throwing it in the trash. Please don’t waste your money on this garbage.

I can cut and paste everything that was said with other reviewers I now have 4 of these stupid things

Unlike the other reviews I did get a partial refund but I have no idea if it was correct I was very disappointed I had hoped to give them a try
