If something goes wrong, very difficult to remedy. Non-existent customer service

If something goes wrong with the delivery. It is virtually impossible to remedy. There is no public phone number to call them. I eventually found a number. The person said they would call me back in 20min. No call. Plus, the online form they advice you to use, they don´t respond to. Myself, together with the sender, sent numerous messages over many days. No action or response. It is very frustrating. They misread my clearly stated correct address on the package. Saying that it was incorrect. Instead, they chose to leave my package at their pickup shop 12km away, in a village outside of the city I live. For me to pickup. A 3+ hours return trip.

Lazy drivers - unreliable service.

I wrote a positive experience with Seur in July, but sadly it is still the exception not the rule.

Avoid using them if you're given an option, and avoid soliciting them for your business, is my honest opinion.

In some cases like amazon, you have no choice, but in others where you can make a choice - choose something different.

OK today's experience, driver called - packet to be delivered, but he didn't want to drop it at the door because it would mean entering a one way street adding 5 minutes to his route, my door step is on the street and my house is the first on the road, I work from home.

So what choices did he give me, - either pick it up and I meet you at bar in couple of minutes, or I mark it as customer not present for another day.

Seriously, the muppet made me leave my house, walk down a hill and collect my package with only a few minutes notice. Non-negotiable.

This sort of imbecile attitude and failure to even do their job is typical of Seur, it has not changed.

As a result an inappropriate verbal stream of sweary words is what I immediately associate with their logo.

They cannot even be bothered, so if this suits your business or own security by all means use them, but if you want to receive packets delivered with competence use some other firm, this is likely a result of poor terms and conditions of pay with contractors and employees it needs addressed.

I do write positive reviews when they are warranted.

Horrible, horrible, HORRIBLE delivery service

The first time I had a problem with this company, I thought it might be a fluke. After additional problems, it is clear this is a pattern.

On our single street there are two apartment complexes. The street addresses are 2 and 4. The drivers for this company ALWAYS stop at the first address, number 2. The ONLY time I have successful deliveries is if the driver calls me.

If they call, I ask them to drive further up the street. Since it is a one-way street, I know they have to come further up the street and I wave them down. If the drivers knew anything about where they were delivering, it would help. Otherwise, they should take a moment to call.

I definitely do not recommend SEUR

A company that put me under a lot of stress due to not fulfilling its obligations. I bought goods at LIDL online, and the supplier turned out to be SEUR. I even received confirmation of this fact and a message that the parcels would be delivered the next day. I waited all day at home, neither the parcels nor the message from the company arrived. Telephone contact is impossible. On the website, there is only a bot Lola, which kept repeating to me every day that the parcel is not in the system and to ask him tomorrow (for over 10 days!) SEUR does not respond to emails, there is no possibility of contacting anyone. Finally, the parcels arrived after 13 days after the intervention of the LIDL Online store, but although Lidl sent me at least an email with an apology, there is no contact with the SEUR company. Due to this level of service, I will definitely never risk online shopping again if this company were to be the supplier. I definitely do not recommend!

Two recent experiences of SEUR

I have two recent experiences of SEUR...

First time was a disaster, they could not find the address. I concluded that the driver was just LAZY and could not be bothered.

The second time was a bit more positive, because they had to pick up the old item to be replaced. The driver made effort to contact me, and was helpful when he arrived in picking up the product from the 5th floor, so I was grateful for that.

So in conclusion it appears the reputation of the company depends on whether you get a LAZY driver, or one who is mildly interested in providing some level of customer service.

I don't think they would be my first choice, but I do not have any points of reference to compare their level of service.

My local driver makes no attempt to deliver, just dumps parcels directly at petrol station

My local SEUR/DPD driver must be super lazy or super incompetent, as they have now for the third time dumped an Amazon parcel at the local petrol station instead of trying to deliver it even though I was at home. I got no notification by text or email until over 6 hours after the time it said on amazon.es that it had been delivered. By that time, Amazon had already refunded the order, and I had ordered a replacement.

Complaint Regarding Non-Delivered Sun Loungers Order

On August 14th, we placed an order for four sun loungers through Habitat & Jardin, and we were informed that SEUR would handle the delivery. However, to date, we have not received the shipment. We have repeatedly tried to obtain information regarding the delivery status, but we have not received any response or clarification from your side.

This prolonged delay and lack of communication have left us uncertain about the whereabouts of our order. We kindly request that you investigate this issue and provide us with an update on the status of our delivery as soon as possible.

We look forward to a prompt resolution of this matter.

SEUR is never on time

With SEUR is always something, either a delay or they claim you weren’t home while I always have it sent to a mailbox company, so there is most definitely someone “home”.
Unbelievable how a company this big is delivery is so freakin bad at it.

Never use SEUR!

Not sure I need to add anything after all those bad reviews. Just wanted to confirm that, indeed, my experience with SEUR is as lousy as all those other people experienced as well.
In my case I get HelloFresh boxes delivered weekly, through SEUR. Every week it's trouble because "my address cannot be found". Sure. I have to go solve the issue through HelloFresh, and eventually, with their help, the problem gets solved. But it's becoming stressful and an utter waste of time, every single week.
Don't use SEUR!

I advise NO Company to Use SEUR, we have had a lot of things delevered to our House, same adresse every time and SEUR is the only Company that each time just say that They Cant find adress, and They Make us drive 40 km to Malaga to Pick up our things. It is difficult to understand how bad a company such as SEUR can be A delivery company that does not deliver!
I paid a lot of money to have a heavy parcel delivered to my house and received an email saying that it would be delivered within a stated time only for it to be delivered to a pickup point and so I had to get in my car and use my time and fuel in order to complete the job they have been paid to do Unfortunately, we none of us, have a choice of courier if we order something online

Seur is a disaster

Seur is a disaster. When they mess up, which has happened frequently in my case, they are incapable of giving any clear information about what has happened to the parcel. I was asked whether I had photographed the box before it was collected - which implies that losing a parcel is pretty common and it's best to have photographic evidence so that they can try to find it again.
The various departments don't seem to speak to each other, the website tracking is a joke because it's not updated and the staff sound harried and overworked (I'm not surprised).
Cross your fingers if you send something with Seur, you never know, it might actually get delivered!

They had to pick up an article .They did not came !!
Staying home for nothing !
Now they wrote on the website that I cancelled the pickup.!!!
There is always something with seur.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - TERRIBLE SERVICE


I strongly advise against using this company. You will likely never receive what you ordered, and they will repeatedly lie to you, claiming they attempted delivery when you were "absent." This is completely false. My package was supposed to arrive 10 days ago, and I still have no idea where it is.

Despite having a reception at my urbanization, they falsely claimed three times that they attempted delivery. This company is utterly unreliable, and there is no reasonable explanation for the delay. Worse, there’s no way to contact them – no working phone numbers, email addresses, or even a proper website. Everything is handled by bots.

Avoid this scam of a company at all costs!

Bad service. Avoid!

EDIT: Added a star because my issue was resolved. Contacted them by email and facebook; also contacted Decathlon. FB replied first and assisted me. However: 1) On both occasions that my date of pick up was changed, there was a claim that I was not home or my building was inaccessible. Both untrue. 2) Having to try 3 different channels to get their attention is an issue. I still cannot recommend them until they improve their professionalism and customer service. There are so many other couriers that do better work. I have decided not to order from Decathlon until they change their courier for returns, take responsibility for these issues, or both.

Terrible. Claims there was an attempt to pick up the item but the building was closed, the doorbell wasn't working, or I wasn't home. I've been home the whole day, I have a witness. The bell works fine. I received a delivery this morning. The building is residential. All the courier has to do is buzz. What's worse is there's no way to follow up, ask, contact the driver, or even contact SEUR. I sent them an email and messaged facebook. We'll see if anything happens.
