Vendors: DO NOT USE SEUR if you value your reputation

The most inept and incompetent delivery company I have encountered in 25 years of online shopping. Not once have they actually successfully delivered an item to my address. They have lost over 400 euros' worth of goods in 18 months. Impossible to speak to anyone about the errors, failures and inconvenience they are
virtually guaranteed to cause.

4th day of Delay status with no updates

Pacel still not delivered been in DELAY status since 28 August, no updates from SEUR, now in the 4th day of delay and still ongoing. No response to Facebook request, tried their claim form in the hope it might get someone to respond, error on submitting claim

Complete disaster.

Complete disaster.
I paid extra for express delivery, and the package didn’t come. Just got an email that the recipient was closed. The recipient is my office that is open 24/7…
No phone call nothing, it said that they would try to deliver it the next day, but still nothing. It was a very important package that I needed urgently.
This is not acceptable at all.

Trying to get a parcel redelivered and the customer care on the phones is appalling. They are extremely rude. They don't even listen before putting the phone down 6 times. I don't know why these companies wish to use them for their deliveries. Oh well I do. Its all about the money 💰. If we could give 0 we would.

The Worst Delivery Company Who Lies About Delivering

This company lies that it has attempted delivery when it clearly hasn’t. For one of my parcels I received an email at 4pm saying they attempted to deliver at 5.15pm and no-one was in, as I cannot time travel, I have no idea how they did this. I have ordered a total of 5 parcels via Amazon and not a single one has been received, at least Amazon refunds you once the delivery date has been exceeded, but that still means I need to buy the items elsewhere. I will not be buying anything from Amazon or other companies who use SEUR as a courier. I can only presume that SEUR just doesn’t have the staff, or infrastructure, to deal with deliveries especially when they are part of the Amazon distribution system and they just don’t have the decency to step away from accepting more parcels until they clear the backlog.

We do not know why they do not deliver. It is very hard to find a contact number to SEUR, and when we finally finde some, we get different status information. If we agree a day where they should deliver, they do not. Keep away from this company.

Dishonest, rude and incompetent

An absolute disaster company who does not even deserve the 1 star I am forced by Trustpilot to give them.

I forgot charger in a hotel and ordered next day delivery service to deliver it to my home. After 3 days the case was in 'incidencia' because they claimed that my address was incorrect. When I clarified that they had a correct address the decided to return the item back to hotel.Soon after that was announced there was another 'icidencia' they claimed that hotel refused to accept it. However, the hotel assured me that Seur did not try to deliver anything to them. After another few days and another complaint they informed me that I could pick up the item myself in the city where I stayed in the hotel if I pay another fee. almost equat to my original next day service. This is unbelievable behaviour which I have never seen before. Rude, dishonest and completely incompetent bunch that cannot be called even close to a courier service.

It is impossible to get help from their…

It is impossible to get help from their company. They changed the courier delivery to pick up point delivery which I’m really angry about because I’m not going to your pick up under such hot weather. And this impossible to call them because there’s only robot voice who talks to you. There’s also no email. What a terrible company.

Absolutely HORRIBLE

Absolutely HORRIBLE! I saw the message that my order was delivered at 7 pm at the pick up point…. Strange cause the store closes at 7 pm! After my complain I received an email that they’re investigating. One week later and another request I didn’t hear anything! Bad, bad company!

What a MiSeurable outfit.

Avoid, avoid,avoid unless you want a lot of wasted time and stress. They cut corners pretending that you were out when they attempted a delivery, they do this three times then make you choose a pick up point. Ive been waiting three weeks for a parcel from Madrid to Valencia now. They dont respond to complaints. I'd sooner have a tooth out than deal with these people again.
Have ordered the item from Amazon now as I cant waste any more time.

last 6 times SEUR has to deliver a parcel to me has has not been delivered. They never show up at my house, but I always get the message "delivery attempted, addressee absent" the funniest thing is that this last time they "attempted to deliver" the package two hours after receiving the message. -Addressee absent at 2pm and it's 12pm!!!!

Why are web shops using SEUR?

Why are web shops using this horrible company?
On the fourth attempt, they managed to deliver the parcels.
First attempt: The shipment was delivered to the wrong address. Someone else signed for it. I sent a complaint to the web shop. After two weeks, they accepted my claim.
Second attempt: The shipment is on its way. Two hours before delivery, they informed me that it would be postponed.
Third attempt: They informed me that the address given was wrong (they had delivered there before).
Fourth attempt: They found the address even though it was wrong. The driver was extremely rude!
Avoid web shops using SEUR!

I can not speak Spanish...but I ordered…

I can not speak Spanish...but I ordered something at Lidl online. It should arrive yesterday. The hole day I was waiting ...at the end of the day Received an e-mail. It would not dileverd today....but when ??? It s one day later...and still no astimation. Unbelievable that Lidl use this company.

This company is absolutely appalling

This company is absolutely appalling, I ordered 2x5kilo sacks of dog food from Amazon España to be delivered to home address. SEUR sent me an email it would be delivered between 11.35am and 12.35am,instead delivered at 10am at a pickup location. The pickup is in the middle of a town 30mins drive away, I'm 80 only have 30% vision so can't drive. My husband in his 80s is disabled in a wheelchair, I buy heavy goods from Amazon as rely on getting taxi to shop locally. Amazon told me to reorder REALLY? I'm left without dog food and hungry dogs thank you SEUR!!!!!

Don't order from companies that use Seur

Seur is the only delivery company that doesn't seem to find our doorbell. I always have to pick the package up at some collection point. They say I wasn't home even when I was home the entire day and received other packages. The delivery people probably get paid per package delivered, regardless if at home or the collection point. And the company has no interest in customer satisfaction - because this is a long standing issue and there are tons of reviews here that state the same issue. I avoid ordering from companies that use Seur.
