Amazing Customer Service and Product!
My daughter's band played their first gig in September and I wanted to get them something special, so I emailed and asked if I could get a setlist of their gig made! I got an email back from Frankie who put me in contact with Emma! Emma was fantastic and kept in contact with me every step of the way, made sure I was happy with the design (I had 3 to pick from - so hard!!) and even sent an email to make sure I had received my order. I love the Setlist and so does my daughter's band - next step is to buy a frame so I can get it up on the wall!

Really poor service
Really poor service.
Placed order on 26th August and I’m STILL waiting for my item.
Chased several times. Was assured it was going to be sent out over a week ago and here we are.
Dont want a refund. I want the item I’ve paid for!

Ordered in July!
Extremely disappointed with the customer service I received from setlist store. Ordered on the 20th July, and I have finally cancelled my order as of 25th September. This was really disappointing as my order was supposed to be a birthday present for the end of August.
My experience seems to mirror other reviews here, being repeatedly told the order is due for dispatch and eventually being offered a refund. To be honest, I doubt my items were even made in the first place. The repeated offer of a refund, as opposed to fulfilling my order, would suggest this. Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!
EDIT: In response to your reply, not once was it ever communicated to me that there were issues with customs and international shipping.

Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. I placed an order in early August and it still hasn't even dispatched. Despite repeated emails to customer service, the first response from Frankie is always "we can provide a refund" followed by "it will be dispatched this week". Needless to say, still waiting.
Don't bother ordering from here.
Edit: After contacting Wayne, he managed to explain the problem had to do with customs in Ireland, as opposed to Frankie who continually asked if I wanted a refund and promises of shipment.
I want to thank Wayne for resolving this for me.

Ordered for Bruce Springsteen at Wembley mug and 2 posters. Upon receiving confirmation noticed I'd not changed date on mug. I received wrong mug but upon contacting a replacement turned up in 7 days.

Great product, second time I’ve bought from them. Slight delay on the delivery, but the quality is spot on.
I appreciate there was a delay due to “Swiftaggedon” but just want it on record that mine wasn’t a Swift related product, just for my own credibility!

Unique quality product
Had to wait a little longer than anticipated due to supplier being a little overrun with orders - I think Taylor Swift was to blame! Things don't always go exactly to plan but what sets good companies out from the rest is the way they deal with a problem and in this regard Frankie always responded promptly with accurate information whenever I chased them up. The mugs are to a high quality and reasonably priced when considering their custom nature. I would order again without hesitation.

My order was received very quickly , only 5 working days, well within the expectation of 15 days. Email and Facebook messages were replied to immediately and were courteous, informative and accurate. The product is superb and was brilliantly packaged. I highly recommend this excellent and extremely hard working business. Keep up the good work!
They have gone above and beyond
They have gone above and beyond. The dispatch did take slightly longer than expected but the mugs are great. They also made sure I got them in time for my daughter's birthday. I got the impression that they are a genuine family run company who have received a large number of orders due to the quality of their products. So if you have not heard from them be patient as they will get back to you. I would happily order again.

Really pleased with my items, great keepsakes. It took a month for them to arrive but Frankie refunded my delivery fee and sorted it out for me, and they were worth the wait. I will definitely order again

Novel gift idea
Thought this would be an ideal birthday gift for my friend after we went to see Taylor Swift. I like the fact that the set list isn’t generic but applicable to specific dates.
Slight issue with despatch taking longer than I expected but excellent communication about this from the company, who always replied promptly.
