Our website was down at the beginning of December and we just had to make sure that we got everyones orders out, which we did - we just had to prioritise that over emails sadly, but I am glad it worked out

Scam

Would five zero stars if I could. Placed an order on 14th Novemeber , got email to say it had been sent out on 25th. Clearly more than the 15 days specified, emailed with no response several times , tracking number says still waiting to receive it , website now unavailable, unless someone wants to prove me wrong I believe this to be a scam ??

Ordered a set list of Melanie Martinez something went wrong and a second got ordered
Contacted them on email on 30 November and have not heard anything from them
No update or correspondence from them am very disappointed with this and cannot seem to get a response

Hey, apologies as we did have to ensure we used all of our resources to ensure everything arrived before Xmas, so our email replies were a little slow, but was done for the right reasons, and yep - our website did indeed go down, and we had to fix that during the rush too! I can see this arrived safe and well so that's good news :)

All is well

Originally I left a negative review due to having placed an order in October and having not received it come December 6th. I am however now pleased to say my order has now been recieved and I have also received communication from the company explaining what had happened with an update on there current situation. Thank you to Frankie for this. The product is of very high quality and I look forward to gifting it to my partner for Christmas. I am pleased that Setlist seem to be getting back on track and it's great to see a small store getting out good quality items. Hopefully they go from strength to strength :)

Appalling company

Appalling company. Received incorrect item. Have sent numerous messages and despite being told someone would be in touch within 48 hours, no contact or refund received. Would give 0 stars if i could. Avoid.

I didn't want to be negative

I didn't want to leave a negative review but unfortunately I feel like I'm left with little choice. I'm also trying to give the benefit of the doubt. I understand it is an extremely busy period and it is only a team of three but the complete lack of communication has left me in limbo and it is frustrating when reviews are getting replies (the main reason I'm leaving one) while both e-mails and chat on the website are going unanswered.

I ordered back on October 24th, no-rush shipping because I had plenty of time before Christmas. It arrived on November 21st with damage (creases). This happens of course, I contacted via e-mail that same day to report this and to organise a replacement but received no response. I left it a week before I tried again but once again I have yet to receive a response. The same thing with the live chat.

Hoping that this can get things sorted as now we are in December and I'll need to either sort something else or pay extra for faster delivery to ensure it gets here in time.

Again, I'm trying not to be too harsh as I understand the time of year and the small team is extremely busy but it is also frustrating to have no answers while reviews are consistently responded to and for there to be a live chat that states that the team will be with you "typically in a few minutes".

I think your products and quality are good! I was excited to gift what I ordered but I'd love to have some kind of update and better communication. Thank you!

Just horrible to deal with

Just horrible to deal with. My order wasn't processed, I waited patiently for their 15 working day processing window before enquiring about my order. The limited comms (including their auto reply email) was nothing but snarky and gaslighting in tone. When I finally got a response from a person, my order was refunded instantly. No apology, no offer to resend. This could be a great business if the chap spent less time fighting fires on trust pilot and more time fulfilling orders promptly and with care.

I ordered a poster for my daughters…

I ordered a poster for my daughters birthday, the poster arrived with a stain on due to a crumb of food that was inside the packaging. This was disappointing, but I understand that these things happen so requested a replacement. I heard nothing back so emailed again a few days later, only to receive a patronising generic response that said nothing about a replacement and focused on complaints about delivery time. I emailed again asking for a replacement and received an email telling me I had been refunded, which is not what I asked for or wanted. I realise they are very busy and have chosen to prioritise sending out orders over responding to emails, but this seems crazy as looking at Trustpilot they do respond to poor reviews. Please just read your emails, you have lost a sale and left a poor impression.

Hey! We do have a policy where we refund all orders in full if we’re given an ultimatum regarding a review, this is why your order was reviewed; as your email was effectively ‘reply to me now or I will leave you a bad review’

I have spent around 3 minutes in the last 2 weeks replying to 2 trustpilot reviews, whereas I’ve personally answered over 900 emails this week alone!

We are more than happy to take a negative trustpilot review in those circumstances , honestly, I replied to you at half past midnight and as your email was threatening a bad review, which we dont deal with anyways, I refunded you in full, immediately.


In regards to the issue with not replying, you’re absolutely correct and I would much rather we could spend the day at the desk and have a chat but sadly we are sending out hundreds of orders daily at the moment during peak season and we are having to reply to emails in segments

For reference, and this is the 100% truth - around 80% of our emails are regarding things that are en route , with tracking - and we have to consider that the bigger picture is more people are unhappy if we’re slow

Ultimately, we sell posters for £12 - we have thousands of customers a week, who often want updates - and during the last week in November (the busiest week of the year) we just cannot immediately reply to emails, we just can’t.

Everyone gets a reply of course, usually at around 3am when someone’s legs have given up 😅

Give it a try next year and we may be able to get you a 1:1 assistant, and PS - I’m sending your replacement out, we wouldn’t leave a gift un-sent.

Future buyers! Please don’t buy from us if you require this level of interaction, we are a team of 3 people. We gotta pack orders x

Scam company

Scam company. They don’t the send items paid for and no way to contact them as details are unknown. Claiming money back through PayPal. Avoid!

In response to your reply, I’ve received my full refund from PayPal this morning as “the seller” didn’t respond once. Consistent if nothing else.

We have one email from you, 2nd November 12:33pm, which was replied to by myself at 3rd November 1:26pm

Then absolutely zero since , so if there’s an issue then we know absolutely nothing about bit, you may have been emailing the shipping service (ends in shipstation.com) rather than us (ends in setlist.store) because we’ve had one email off you and replied pretty fast,

I can assure you if we were a scam, we wouldn’t have a public facing address, with the door open 24/7, and most certainly wouldn’t be operating a scam selling £15 mugs, and I MOST certainly wouldn’t be sat in a warehouse in the middle of winter replying to this kinda stuff 😅

Edit - lol at that reply. That’s going on the warehouse wall x

took a week or so longer than the 15 days target, but it wasn't that much of a time sensitive order for me. Nice poster, well protected from the actions of the idiot courier leaving it outside on a day with snow falling

Overseas shipment

I initiated a Business chat with Setlist via Social Media as my order (a Mug and Framed Setlist) was for a friend in Switzerland (I live in the UK). Emma informed me that she would handle my order personally and start the order from scratch. Emma also assured me she would pack the items herself to ensure everything would get there in one piece.

Two weeks later the items were received, no damages whatsoever. My friend in Switzerland said it was the most beautiful birthday present.

I can't thank you enough, Emma. Setlist will be a 'tour de force' for many years to come. Merci, mes amis.

literally perfect for xmas gifts this year!

im so glad i found this place just before xmas shopping its literally gonna be so easy to get my family stuff that has sentimental value and not just another lynx africa gift set that sits at the back of the wardrobe... lol!

ordered a Melanie bundle thing for myself as a little treat for bagging a promotion last week and it's so cute i love it, having a bedtime brew in my mug right now! thanks so much guys x

Great product very satisfied

Happy with my order of the Liam Gallagher at trnsmt 2024 poster and was what it expected and a really nice decoration for the room. However it took almost 2 months to arrive which was an inconvenience however i understand the demand and i am satisfied with my order.

Extremely unhappy, avoid!

Extremely unhappy with this company. Non-existant communication, very late delivery. I ordered a framed print, what I got was a rolled up print and a frame in the box, which it seems they expect me to frame the print myself.
Order was beyond their 15 day delivery time when I received a marketing email extolling their new delivery guarantee! After emailing back asking if this would apply retrospectively, they said they would put the order through again. More time passed, before an email saying they were putting a 24hr label on a delivery, several days passed before receiving a poorly packaged box.
Quality is not great, customer service is missing in action.

We explicitly state that our orders that are shipped with a frame, are shipped with a frame. We used to pre-frame everything, but it was causing more issues than it was solving due to damages

So your order was re-issued on free shipping terms, and was issued within the stated time period, I'm more than happy to rectify the issue - but I don't actually know what the issue is, have stated numerous times that we did get overwhelmed with orders in August, with over 8000 to deal with, have rectified the issues and offer a money back guarantee on shipping times.

Ordered a setlist and a mug,never received anything. No further communication about it. It has been over three monhts now.

Update! Thanks to Emma, Who took over my file at Setlist Store, I will receive a refund. She tried to send me the package again but it couldn't be delivered. When she took over, I even got an update during weekends.
