All is well
Originally I left a negative review due to having placed an order in October and having not received it come December 6th. I am however now pleased to say my order has now been recieved and I have also received communication from the company explaining what had happened with an update on there current situation. Thank you to Frankie for this. The product is of very high quality and I look forward to gifting it to my partner for Christmas. I am pleased that Setlist seem to be getting back on track and it's great to see a small store getting out good quality items. Hopefully they go from strength to strength :)

Appalling company
Appalling company. Received incorrect item. Have sent numerous messages and despite being told someone would be in touch within 48 hours, no contact or refund received. Would give 0 stars if i could. Avoid.
I didn't want to be negative
I didn't want to leave a negative review but unfortunately I feel like I'm left with little choice. I'm also trying to give the benefit of the doubt. I understand it is an extremely busy period and it is only a team of three but the complete lack of communication has left me in limbo and it is frustrating when reviews are getting replies (the main reason I'm leaving one) while both e-mails and chat on the website are going unanswered.
I ordered back on October 24th, no-rush shipping because I had plenty of time before Christmas. It arrived on November 21st with damage (creases). This happens of course, I contacted via e-mail that same day to report this and to organise a replacement but received no response. I left it a week before I tried again but once again I have yet to receive a response. The same thing with the live chat.
Hoping that this can get things sorted as now we are in December and I'll need to either sort something else or pay extra for faster delivery to ensure it gets here in time.
Again, I'm trying not to be too harsh as I understand the time of year and the small team is extremely busy but it is also frustrating to have no answers while reviews are consistently responded to and for there to be a live chat that states that the team will be with you "typically in a few minutes".
I think your products and quality are good! I was excited to gift what I ordered but I'd love to have some kind of update and better communication. Thank you!
Just horrible to deal with
Just horrible to deal with. My order wasn't processed, I waited patiently for their 15 working day processing window before enquiring about my order. The limited comms (including their auto reply email) was nothing but snarky and gaslighting in tone. When I finally got a response from a person, my order was refunded instantly. No apology, no offer to resend. This could be a great business if the chap spent less time fighting fires on trust pilot and more time fulfilling orders promptly and with care.

I ordered a poster for my daughters…
I ordered a poster for my daughters birthday, the poster arrived with a stain on due to a crumb of food that was inside the packaging. This was disappointing, but I understand that these things happen so requested a replacement. I heard nothing back so emailed again a few days later, only to receive a patronising generic response that said nothing about a replacement and focused on complaints about delivery time. I emailed again asking for a replacement and received an email telling me I had been refunded, which is not what I asked for or wanted. I realise they are very busy and have chosen to prioritise sending out orders over responding to emails, but this seems crazy as looking at Trustpilot they do respond to poor reviews. Please just read your emails, you have lost a sale and left a poor impression.

took a week or so longer than the 15 days target, but it wasn't that much of a time sensitive order for me. Nice poster, well protected from the actions of the idiot courier leaving it outside on a day with snow falling
Overseas shipment
I initiated a Business chat with Setlist via Social Media as my order (a Mug and Framed Setlist) was for a friend in Switzerland (I live in the UK). Emma informed me that she would handle my order personally and start the order from scratch. Emma also assured me she would pack the items herself to ensure everything would get there in one piece.
Two weeks later the items were received, no damages whatsoever. My friend in Switzerland said it was the most beautiful birthday present.
I can't thank you enough, Emma. Setlist will be a 'tour de force' for many years to come. Merci, mes amis.

Great product very satisfied
Happy with my order of the Liam Gallagher at trnsmt 2024 poster and was what it expected and a really nice decoration for the room. However it took almost 2 months to arrive which was an inconvenience however i understand the demand and i am satisfied with my order.
Extremely unhappy, avoid!
Extremely unhappy with this company. Non-existant communication, very late delivery. I ordered a framed print, what I got was a rolled up print and a frame in the box, which it seems they expect me to frame the print myself.
Order was beyond their 15 day delivery time when I received a marketing email extolling their new delivery guarantee! After emailing back asking if this would apply retrospectively, they said they would put the order through again. More time passed, before an email saying they were putting a 24hr label on a delivery, several days passed before receiving a poorly packaged box.
Quality is not great, customer service is missing in action.

Update! Thanks to Emma, Who took over my file at Setlist Store, I will receive a refund. She tried to send me the package again but it couldn't be delivered. When she took over, I even got an update during weekends.
