Well I requested them to fix the mold and repair the damage. They want money of front to come out. They removed the damage from the mold and then I asked when they were going to fix it and file wit... See more

Insurance sent scumbags to clean after fire.
I had a fire in my basement and my insurance company sent these scumbags to my house. Day 1, I was at work, my son was home dealing with them for me. They tried to steal tools and other supplies, and none of them spoke English so my son had trouble telling them to cut it out. In the end they got my gas can and snow shovel.
Day 2, no issues happened and I was able to steal back my gas can, now full of gas, bonus. Thry also gave back the snow shovel when the head guy yelled at them.
Day 3, found damage done to a car I had sitting in the driveway. Parts of thr car were removed and found in the pile of bags they were getting rid of. I didn't inspect for further damage but was told the door no longer opens, the battery was disconnected, scratches all over the door. The front of the car was damaged from an accident but besides thr brakes which I didn't get a chance to finish it was drivable. Now it's not.
They won't be coming back to finish the cleanup. I am doing it myself from here on.
Other issues, all I needed to get my house livable is a new breaker box to get the power back on. The only thing I wanted done by them or anyone insurance sent. It's been a week now and I still have no power. That also means no water. But I am still here.
They are scumbags on every level and should be shut down.
I would not recommend ServPro
I would not recommend ServPro they took to long to complete job 4 months now and still going all they had to do was clean the house after fire. They never worked a full day let alone a full week they went for weeks at a time with no one showing up, we found booze bottles out side ( we don't drink ) they stand around don't do anything they also broke a lot of our furniture. Mike said we would get to look at everything before it was trashed and e didn't see 1 thing. I told Mike not to touch my great grandparent hand made table ( over 100 yrs old ) the worker trash it. they never finished removing walls as directed by inspector. They busted up a lot of the crafts and furniture upstairs by throwing it in an attic.
The team sent by Serve Pro in Foley AL…
The team sent by Serve Pro in Foley AL did a very good job getting the water out of my home. However, make sure you understand that ANY personal items they remove, and no they do not go over this with you, will be held until your insurance company pays every dime owed to Serve Pro. Of course as you are under extreme duress with water all over your home, a form is handed to you and you are told to sign so they can begin work. At no time was I told that my belongings could be held hostage. I'm sure it was in the fine print that I was far to busy to read.
My insurance company paid $7200 toward a $7700 claim and my 11x14 area rug was held hostage until State Farm paid the final $500.
Also, be sure to examine every square inch of your home for any damage caused by serve pro workers. Take photos and turn the damage in immediately. I made the mistake of waiting so the damage was blamed on the plumber who was not even working in the house at the time of the damage. The hot water heater was already removed and serve pro tried placing the blame for a hole in a door on the plumber. The door was folded and put in a closet with the damage not showing. Had I known I had only 60 days, believe me I would have discovered and turned in the damage immediately. BUT, they still would have denied it and would have said I could not prove they did it.
For water removal they are fine but do not trust them to treat you fairly and do not allow them to take anything from your home. I was advised not to use them and given the name of a company from Daphne AL instead. However, my first inclination was to call serve pro as they do have a "name" out there. By the time my contractor warned me to not use them, they had already arrived at my home. Just things to be aware of.
Professional, Efficient and On Time
I’m overwhelmed with the professionalism of every ServPro employee! Had a devastating flood and they removed everything for extensive water mitigation in 2 days. The Restoration manager contacted me immediately to begin the arduous process of rebuilding. My stress went from a 10 to a ONE because they are moving the process along quickly, with minimal mess - they take care of everything. Best experience and I can’t thank each employee enough!

I highly recommend the Servpro team of Sumner County. The one person that stood out to me was Cheyenne she was very professional and nice.
Freezer water line leak in Leeds, AL
All the guys, Kevin B., Mark S., Ryan P., Matt B., Levi, Noe, Ryan H, and Beth kept us calm, in the know and on track when we had a recent freezer feeder waterline to burst in our kitchen, dining room and living room, filling the floors, cabinets and carpet with water. Don’t know what we would have done without them all keeping us updated and sane. Thanks from The Mashburns.

They destroyed a lot of items when cleaning up after the hericane. I was in contact with Chris Mack who is very problematic. He does not respond to phone calls, text messages or E Mail. Check bbb where they show many problems with this Company.
Horrific Experience
A project that should have taken a couple of weeks is now entering its 6th month. Servpro will not give us a project plan and they do not give us notice (more than 1 day) of any work to be done. One morning an electrician showed up at our door to do work and Servpro never notified us. Servpro ordered the wrong tile and the tile installers they subcontract are not knowledgeable. At this point the work is still not done. Still no project plan and thanks to Blink, we know they are trying to skirt the issues and not spend the money to finish the project correctly. I could go on. In summary...DO NOT use Servpro. Run!
ServPro NW Spokane
My experience was excellent. Kelly Dockins, Mollie, and John Slater were very professional and made sure everything was done correctly and perfect to my standards. They kept me informed of the schedule which I really appreciate so I could plan my day and I did not have to leave my home. I thank them for their expertise.
Living a nightmare!
It took 13 months. Got them out! Pathetic repair persons with NO concept of how to paint, rebuild floors, tile and grout was a mess! Tub tile was not consistent with spacers. Im still cleaning up after them.
The person in charge of my project used funds for himself from my ins. co.
This company doesn't give a damn about it's customers
Dominic came and placed 2 fans to dry out the utility room. He said he'd be back the next day to check on the machines. He did insist on a check for $700. before leaving. No problem. The next day he didn't show however, a fuse was blown and a fan not working. I called. He said he couldn't come for 2 more days ( on Friday).. I informed him he blew a fuse. Funny, he came that afternoon He was able to get to the box. Then he said he was going to take one of the fans.. I said NO. You made me pay for 2 fans for 3 days. I want 2 fans for 3 days plus the nine hours the fuse was gone. He left. Wanted to know how I knew a fuse was blown. I told him anyone could hear the difference in the sound of the fans while standing on the porch. He agreed to pick up the fans on Saturday. He did and in the process of restoring the room he unhooked the washing machine. I didn't know that until he left. Here it is Monday at 5:30 pm and I'm still waiting for him to hook it up. He was supposed to be here Sunday. At 6 am on Sunday he texted me that he had to go to Venice, which is a 2 hour trip and he couldn't come. At 11:30 he texted me he could come "soon". How soon can it be if he's in Venice? Besides, I was leaving so I didn't answer him. At 4 he had someone else text me, from Sarasota, that she could come, but I* still wasn't home, so I ignored it. This morning Ryan called and said he could come. He was supposed to be here at 3; it's now almost 6. I called the number he left but the mailbox hasn't been set up.Do Not use this company.
Untrustworthy
In September 2022, Servpro came to clean water damages from a stack problem under the roof, in 3 kitchens above each other.
They did a good job of removing the damaged appliances, cabinets, molded walls. Also drying and sanitizing the kitchens.
However, their workers were careless: they did not cover the floor during wall demolition. Result: damaged floor.
They piled up tools and stuff on my stove without protecting it. Result: damaged enamel.
It was understood that, after talking getting the State Farm insurance figures, they would do the remodeling of the 3 kitchens.
Since February, we have had no follow up or response to countless emails and phone calls. So several months later, we assume that they do not want to do the work. It would have been courteous to let us know of their intention, so we could make other arrangements sooner.
As for the damages to my floor and stove, no answer either.
If I could give them less than one star…
If I could give them less than one star I would. As a dissatisfied customer, let me share my experience with SERVPRO. I contacted them when my basement got flooded, and Bart and his team arrived promptly. However, my frustration started to mount when I requested a quote but never received one despite their promise to provide it. They worked on a Saturday, and Bart assured me they would return on Sunday at 8:30 am, but they showed up half an hour earlier, disrupting my plans. I kept asking for a quote, even sent a text message, but never got a response. To make things worse, they left their machines at my place for several days, although they promised to return on Tuesday and only showed up on Friday. I found this highly irritating. When I voiced my concern about the cost, Bart ignored me and promised to speak to my insurance company, but it turned out that the damage was not covered, and I received an exorbitant bill for $4700. Overall, my experience with SERVPRO was highly frustrating and disappointing.
Terrible experience
Terrible experience. Our basement flooded. Servpro came over, assessed the situation and told us it would be $4500. They later billed us for $6100 without giving us any reason why it was more. On top of that, the quality of work was awful. Their main job is to get rid of the water from the basement but there was still standing water after they left the first day so I had to mop up several puddles myself. They also left 2 sopping wet rugs in the basement. One of the 2 dehumidifiers we discovered wasn't even working at the end of day 2. They charged us for floor coverings to "protect our floor" but didn't cover the carpet landing on our stairs or properly cover the hardwood floors in our kitchen.
We've been trying to resolve this issue with them for weeks but no luck. When asked to speak with the owner they say "he's a busy business man, he doesn't have time to call you".
DO NOT TRUST SERVPRO!
DO NOT TRUST SERVPRO!! They have untrustworthy employees that steals from you! I know this because it’s happened to me and now I may pursue and take legal action towards ServPro! It’s the most devastating experience that I’m dealing with as of right now with them!! And I would like to pre warn you all before this happens to you as well. I trusted this company with my things that I’ve worked so hard for and now my most valuable, expensive, sentimental values are all gone!! And no body or no one seems to know what happened to them or where it could have gone! They told me that if they couldn’t find my things that they would of course would write me a check or reimburse me. All I had to do was write a list of what it was and the cost. As I presented that list to them….they all of sudden their reply is that no one has been into to my home, had taken photos of everything which clearly they did not do so, and that no one removed my valuables from my closet when clearly someone did! Especially if that someone or two had to remove the flooring from my closet and noticed “purses” written on the boxes and a box that had jewelry boxes in another. And someone in that company knows!! There are sentimental values I can never replace because I trusted a reputable company that doesn’t really care and not trying to fix or makes things right but turn their heads and it’s WRONG!! So please be careful to those who read this! I will never trust SERVPRO AGAIN!!

I had a fire on 04/10/2023 as a result of my clothes dryer. Servpro was contacted to do the clean-up. Casey, the project manager came out to see me and assessed the damage. He was very kind, caring and professional. He explained the damages and what needed to be done. He advised his Fire Crew, Supervisor Betty, Melinda, Daylan and Rob would be coming to take care of me. These four are the best in the business. They were professional, hard-working, thorough, and energetic about what they do. They cleaned and sanitized the entire affected area one piece at a time and gutted walls and ceilings. They did a fantastic job, I could not have had a better crew. Thank you Servpro.
Hidden fees
My husband was told our estimate was going to be $200 and change and they came out did the estimate we went with another company, then we get an invoice for $437.11. They charged us double why? Because we didn’t use them? I highly recommend not even getting an estimate from them!!
I would not recommend
It would be just 1 star but the man that came out for the assessment was fine. The air duct cleaning ppl were supposed to be there at 9:30, it was almost 10 before they arrived. They took a lunch break from 11:30-12:30, multiple smoke breaks, found cig butts on ground. When I went downstairs the guy was just sitting on the sofa. There was mud & dust all over the floor. That night 1 of our plastic vent deflectors fell & broke. I would expect better for $1000.
They were like a second hurricane
They were like a second hurricane. They caused almost as much damage as water surge. They were very disrespectful of property and people.? I am severely disappointed that this company is allowed to exist without any accountability. I would warn anyone not to let them near your home and/ or personal possessions.
DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY
DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! I hired Servepro to do the necessary deconstruction, drying out and mold containment for my home after it was flooded by hurricane IAN. To be fair they completed the deconstruction portion of the job appropriately; however after paying thousands to them to remove any remaining moisture and spray for mold, within a few days of the job completion moisture and mold were found in my home. I made numerous attempts to contact them and request a refund for the specific moisture control and mold spraying charges. They have refused any refund. I am extremely disappointed and dismayed in their work and total lack of willingness to settle this dispute. I would never hire them again. In order to make my home inhabitable again I had to contract with another company to redo their incompetent job. I do not usually write reviews but felt very strongly that I needed to warn others not to deal with this company.
