within seconds of searching for a painter I had lots of replies. After a few quotes I went with Shaun from 'Painted Perfectly' he came onsite to quote and sent the quote the same afternoon and did the job 2 days later. Shaun is a nice guy and did a great job on our kitchen. Using this site was very easy.

Wow! Great website. We were really struggling to find a good accountant which is suitable to our budgeted cost and we were chasing people to find one. However, we tried this website and got an overwhelming feedback with lot of options to choose from.

First time user of the site. With that in mind, my experience has been questionable. Perhaps it is the market segment, but most responders seem like people just looking for odd jobs and easy extra cash instead of reputable companies looking to expand their business. Sorry, but I'll be going back to the "yellow pages".

Leo was agreat honest guy he did a great job. He was very helpful and did the job in a proffesional manner.

put up job at 9.35PM I had 11 quotes within 30mins. The contractor I chose turned up at 10am and completed the work by 11.15am

I love the efficiency of the system and how quickly the quotes come in.
I enjoyed interacting with most of the service providers .However, there are few who keeps calling you and tries to push in quite aggressively. As long as we make it clear that the calls and forceful appointments are not welcome , I guess this would not happen.

They are not nice to deal with as a business owner, very upsetting and they are misleading. Also their social media is very immature, with toilet photos, silly memes and irrelevant content. Also as a business owner they do not advertise your industry, only 'tradies'. Whenever I emailed them my concerns, their answers were generic, like I was dealing with India and not Australia.
They didnt even offer a fair reimbursement ❌

I posted for gardeners to do mowing and hedging and two businesses contacted me immediately. They were both hired. Mowing job done the next day and booked in for the hedging job.

Publishes the entire positive reviews about tradies but the negative ones are replaced with a short generic such as: could do with improving the completeness of job

I desperately needed to find a furniture removalist at short notice .. and a removalist willing to work on Sunday. Within 10 minutes of posting my requirement, I had 4 very competitive quotes. Unable to remove an ad once created. You only have the option to "mark as cancelled". The ad is still active with your name, location, photos photos, and job specifications.
