Rebecca Sprott is great at her job, goes out of her way to make sure candidates have work, emails, texts out of hours to help candidates have frequent work, easy to approach, have worked through servuce care for about 11 years & over the years Rebecca Sprott & Matthew West who does not work there anymore have been a great help and always go the extra mile. Just what you need in this harsh world of agency work.

We work well with Lee and I do not see any reason to change the way we work. Lee takes time to call me to see if there is anything he can do to help, be sending CV 's of potential candidates, or time sheets that we have not approved.

Shifts are always available whenever needed. Our wonderful Agent Victoria is always there and willing to assist us in whichever way we need assistance.

They have flexible and very organised shifts according to your availability

My team leader sends me the shifts and I pick up around my full time job so fits in great with that, she is very friendly and approachable rings now and again to check I am ok and how things are going , paid every week which is great too as my other job is monthly so give me extra when I need it , great company to work for .
