Exceptional customer service.
My experience with customer service was very positive, as they were exceptionally helpful. However, the service quality was suboptimal, as it took over a month for an engineer to address the initial issue with my washing machine. Subsequently, an additional week passed before the repair attempt, during which the engineer arrived with incorrect parts. This necessitated another week of waiting for the repair to be completed. Unfortunately, within 30 minutes of the engineer's departure, the washing machine was still leaking significantly. I reported this issue to the engineer but received no follow-up. After a few days, I contacted customer services, who promptly arranged for a replacement washing machine, which was an excellent resolution.

Great service from your customer service team. Within minutes of contacting your team about my microwave repair your team was on the phone organising a replacement microwave. Sadly is was the wrong colour but within a couple of days the right colour was found and a delivery date organised. Thank you so much for being so understanding about my colour scheme preferences. Prompt,efficient and great customer service
The company were very prompt sending an engineer out that day. He came st the agreed time, was polite courteous and didn't leave until he had sorted my blocked toilet drains out.
He did tell me I needed to call the company back for a plumber to fix my kitchen sink, really helpful guy
