Not recomend them! The customer service is very low quality.
Long-solving issues.
They can suspend your server for unpayment EVEN IF YOU HAVE MONEY ON YOUR account.

- when asked why there are such bad reviews, they say that competitors do it
- lie about deadlines - promise that everything will be ready soon, but in fact they do nothing

Terrible experience
Terrible experience. We purchased a product which was not delivered for a month so we asked a refund which they agreed and their sales person Akshay agreed to that and asked for billing information but after that they completed ignored everything and not replying to any email.
Before the sale was made they called everyday twice or thrice and when it was time to deliver server and IPs, they could not do that and started ignoring emails and skype messages.
Company could not deliver server for the location where they are located and that tells a lot about inventory on top of it could not fulfill what they promised and that tells a lot about the company values.
Unfortunately there is no option to provide negative ratings.

This is a "company" dedicated to scamming clients. They tell you that the server has shut down and that it has broken or malfunctioned, which is obviously a complete lie—they turn it off on purpose. They demonstrate a complete lack of professionalism, responding every two weeks with excuses. When you ask to recover all your data, they tell you to pay an absurd amount of money. Without a doubt, please do not use their services. Moreover, several other people have been complaining about their scams and poor service since last year.

Possible scam and lack of professionalism
I share my experience with you, a couple of months ago I made a sponsorship with said company for a gaming community project with quite a few members, they were interested and we made the contract "for obvious reasons it was not free because they were going to have relevance and possible new customers"
Two weeks ago the server went down for no reason, from that day on I entered a ticket and wrote every day what was happening and they only told me "please wait"
Today they finally answered me, after I searched for them again myself and what they tell me is that the server hardware failed and that now I must pay to recover the information
His comment was that they are not responsible for the hardware, the first company I have seen that does something like that, because it is what they sell, I mean they are not responsible for what they sell.
And also charging to recover my own information, that is where a possible fraud leads, they give you a server for a while, use it, then "something happens" and to recover the information you must pay
I understand if it was due to something that a customer did or a customer recovered a bakcup for example, but by mistake of their own products
Now, I have all of this mentioned backed up by emails and with evidence, in case anyone wants to demonstrate what I have mentioned, I am happy to share it.
I hope it doesn't happen again with any person, because in the end two months of programming and data that I had on that server are lost and I can do it again, but the experience and lack of professionalism I hope it doesn't happen to anyone again.

But after checking the issue in depth we come to know that
we didn't see any promotional or branding activities running from your side under Sponsorship project as generally if any service provider provide any product or services free of cost(under sponsor ship agreement ) then it is defined that using these product and services the user of this services perform promotional and branding activities which includes list of services offered by the service provider. This will indirectly helps to increase the website traffic and number of incoming inquiries which seems missing in this whole project.
But as a result we did not got any leads generated nor got any benefit of this sponsorship
And regarding data ,datacenter is also taking charges from us,thats the only reason we have updated you regarding the cost,
And we always recommend clients to take the backup service as well
to avoid these situations,
I apologize again for any inconvenience this caused you.
