Very good people. Minor issues with my latest order, but all sorted very quickly with minimal fuss. Would happily recommend and use again!

I ordered the case and I must say the delivery and its notifications of progress were top notch.
The only reserve I have was on the description of the case on the website which do not clearly show the main bay have no screws and can only host hard drives or anything else which occupies the whole space in each slot. I intended to mount a fan controller/temp display therefore I had to drill holes myself in order to fit it in. Other than that quality of the case is very good.

Pre-built and soak-tested, dual-CPU system arrived on time allowed me to go straight into OS installation. Authoritative advice given (and received) on component choice. Excellent value for money.

The case is fantastic quality and was very quickly delivered. I was having difficulty finding a cpu cooler that fit my 1u case, but a 20min chat with tech support amd they had me all sorted. I will be buying more from servercase uk, no questions!

So far they were fast, friendly and efficient in getting the solution built. Will have to wait and see regarding support but fingers crossed it is as good as their sales/build process.

Really good service

I am very happy buying from these guys. Their prices are slightly higher than ebay in my experience, but, the customer service is priceless. If you have a question, they answer it and if you have a problem, they fix it. I accidentally ordered the wrong rail kit and they instantly sorted out the return for me. The website is a bit meh, and not the easiest to navigate in my opinion, but perfectly functional.
Overall, very good

Ordered case based on recommendation from staff after advising what I needed. Received case with faulty fan and they sent two replacement fans quickly.

Purchased a 4U case. Queried with online chat tool, instant response and very helpful operator. Delivery was packaged well, and exactly to description. Can't fault the service at all

Knowledgeable guys. Not the best price I've found.

Pros:
- For the price, really good server case.It's pretty hard to find thoses products, at this price, with this quality, even on the internet.
- Shipping was REALLY fast, 3 day even if i'm from France.
- Team responses are fast. And they answer nicely.

Cons:
- The website is a pain in the .... To purchase i have to try 4 or 5 times in a row. If you want to buy something one rule : use a web browser with no plugins or any add-on whatever they are. (Like IE. IE worked two times in a row for me.)
But because the website have nothing to do with server cases, i won't remove a star for this.

Purchases a case from these guys, I did ask for some information on their online chat about some specifications and they replied the same day. case was delivered next day (before 10am i might add) and went together well. happy with the product and service will use again.
