my users are waiting for a server reinstall

I tested so many datacenter in Germany but none of them was good enough. some of the like Hetzner send numerous abuse messages because of network detection failure, over %2 downtime/packet loss or bad connectivity. but in Myloc/Servdiscount we get efficient offer with good hardware and most importantly high level connectivity. also we did not face any nonsense abuse messages!

The Price for the performance of there servers are second to none, they have amazing support and you will struggle to find servers at the same price and as good hardware anywhere

Very bad service despite informed them 1 week before next payment. they did not cancel my server and asked next month payment. According to their rules they can sue you! I as 20 years server customers many companies first time seen such a company! be very careful as this review comes from an expert of hosting.

I've heard horror stories about ServDiscount before, regardless of that, I decided to give them a try because their servers and prices are really good.
Now, I'm pretty new to the whole dedi server thing, so as expected, I ran into some (noobish) issues. However, when I contacted them via ticket, they were really quick to respond and helped me solve the issues I had. So I'm very happy right now. 10/10 customer support.

I am now a customer for almost a year. So far all my support requests was answered quickly and all problems were solved.
Recently one of the hard drives failed and was replaced within a few hours.

Servdiscount was a real discovery for me. Quality hardware at unbeatable prices. And the support is great and fast. Will order more servers for my projects for sure!

FAKE DDOS PROTECTION!
(Anyone make attack and server is down! How is a datacenter?)
Last 5 days recieve dddos attack and 5 days ago open ticket with URGENT : DDOS ATTACK [857440-595523-26] after look a personal name of Kevin Krienke. he checking network switch/cart etc check network problem for solve. I tell have i recieve atack but he get crazy me! after him co-worker understand problem and seen attack 3 big days later. Last 1,5-2 days added a full protect for ddos anythink but than search engineer service (google, bing etc.) bot's can not fetch and index dedicated inculated sites because protect is block all Google Bot IP's and every internet surfer generaly 65% over use VPN for safe surfing and vpn users to blocked! What every i open new ticket tell problem and want allow this. What every now my dedicated under attack and server down! Write to technical depatment but they now sleeping! Who interested my problem who monitoring have attack or not all switch all networks? Really how can have business and how can service. If this week not find solutions and solve my problem. Than i enter BANK DIPSUTE DOCUMENT and chargeback all paided euros and more moneys. After contact my compnay lawyer and i will sue for lost visitor and money and for fake informations services! I make dispute and than after this comment they close my account and close all services. Scammer keep out germen cheater company.

For cheap dedi server I will give 4 stars.
