The customer support is absolutely amazing, aside from that, I really love the shirt.

Website was easy to manage. The products I ordered where very good quality. My husband really loved his gifts. But make sure you order in advance because it does take a bit to receive.

Overall a good experience. There was a snafu around Christmas but it got resolved quickly. Because of the way they resolved the issue I opted to give another go.

Ordered Phantom Hoodie, very comfortable, if not kind of thin? Wore out in the rain and could feel the rain drops through the shirt. Still love it though and will likely order more stuff down the road.

Ordered the Phantom Hoodies, very comfortable, but I would order one size less as they fit a bit loose. It took 3-4 weeks to arrive and we got a bit worried but customer service assured us and sent us a tracking code as we were getting no updates for some reason. Great customer service and we just ordered the wanderers jackets. Definetly recommend Serremo just have patience for the shipment process. Cheers

My first order started off a little sketchy. I ordered it in early February and it was taking awhile to receive it. I contacted them via email and Mary in customer service was very responsive and went above and beyond to make it right! And when I arrived at work this morning my item was waiting for me. They still did more than necessary to make this right. Then I opened the package and the hoodie I ordered was really nice! It seems like these people stand behind their product and they appreciate and treat their customers very well!!!

I have been on a search for a coat for a while. I had a few bad experiences before I found Serremo.com.

I ordered three coats and I loved them but one didn’t fit quite right. The service team was able to help me promptly. Other places give you the run around.

Product is great. Timeliness of processing and shipping could use some improvement. I ordered these a few weeks before Christmas and did not recieve until well after it had passed. I believe even into the new year.

I’m very happy with this jacket. The quality is great, the material feels durable, and the fit is true to size. It’s comfortable to wear and provides good warmth without feeling heavy. Definitely a good purchase.

This rating is completely about the shipping delinquence.serremo did answer back when I reached out to them but still,I ordered the item 6 weeks before x mas and still didnt recieve it until after Jan. 1 .I mean ,come on,how can they expect repeat business,and they defended the logistics still..ill never order from them again,,simply for not really caring about me recieving my product in a timely manner.one and done for me folks. The jackets are so good, and great quality. Customer service with Valerie Fisher has been great 👍 the only issue is the wait time, yeah the logistics sucked at first, but things got straightened out. Overall, the company is really good 👍
