It's a scam, I paid for this service and they wont fix it and it's completely broken!

Keyword Rank position not showing

Keyword Rank position not showing if keyword ranked more than 10th position.

After the google num=100 updates.

No Support from appsumo FAQ,
No Email support
No Active mobile number
No Complaint submission not working

Zero support from the company.

Serpple is a pretty unique ranking tracker. The dashboard is very clean, and I had a great experience using their tool. Going to be signing up!

I like it , very easy to use and so much more affordable than most options.

I love Serpple. I do SEO for local home service businesses and for what I need, Serpple is perfect! The keyword tracking is the best - I love how it's laid out, the white label reporting and the accuracy of the results. Perfect!
The design of Serpple is really great too - very intuitive and beautifully designed.
The price is really perfect - especially for all that you get for the price. In addition to keyword tracking, Serpple has a helpful competitor research function, backlinks, keyword insights and content audits.
Listen.... for me this software is absolutely perfect. I'm very thankful I found it.

I like the clean look to the site, easy navigation and in a glance how you can see growth in rankings. Also appreciate the daily update on how certain keywords are progressing.

Very good price-performance ratio. Ultra-fast support response. Only minor glitches in the current version make me not to give 5 stars. I will remain customer and wish Serpple to keep up the good experience. My recommendation for your daily SEO tasks.

It's a shame to give 2 stars........I would give the product 3.5 stars (4 if a few issues are addressed) but the total lack of client support results in 1-2 less stars. Ironically they asked for this review via email and have ignored all support requests via the same email , Facebook etc...and the (broken) contact form on their website is useless too.

Serpple has the basics of a really good product in the keyword space. The backlink tool is really nothing except a place for you to manually upload links you feel are important and monitor them. The initial scan for keywords related to my second website (only 37 keywords) has taken 3 hours and still ongoing? Worried that might be broken now.

Nothing working now due to server issues. :o( If there was a way to communicate with them I could let them know! I'm done unfortunately.

We chose Serpple to replace Authority Labs. After several years of working with AL and being accustomed to the product, we were reluctant to switch platforms. However, we knew we needed to make a change; because after Traject purchased AL the service and support were lacking. The platform became stagnant and underwhelming. We reviewed multiple platforms and Serpple quickly became the standout. We have been very happy with the migration and the tools available in the Agency plan. It's almost not fair to compare the two. Serpple has many more tools that are a great fit for SEO in 2024. Others we looked into either have too many "tools" to weed through while others don't have enough features included in their base pricing. This has been a great decision and we look forward to how it will help us fine-tune our SEO process. We're very happy we made the switch to Serpple.

App is easy to use and has a good interface. Works well with a freelancer like me. It has affordable price options.

Serpple is great. I used to use SE Ranking but it's completely out of my price range now and I certainly didn't have as good an experience with it as I have with Serpple. Serpple offers everything I need at a great price. Daily keyword ranking reports are fantastic and have really helped me with my websites.

So far the the software has been amazing, and very informative.

Finally a tool that is easy to use and navigate! I really like the functionality and features that Serpple provides to its users.

10/10 I would recommend this to other experts to use!

Serpple is a good product that helps.

It's not on par with the elite brands in the SEO tracking space, but it is quality product for a good price.

Use this instead of RankTracker for sure!
