Le site serom.fr affirme disposer d'excellents avis clients avec une note de 4,5 étoiles basée sur 1 463 avis TrustPilot. Or, une vérification révèle qu'aucun avis n'existe réellement, ni sur TrustPilot ni sur Google. Il s'agit manifestement d'une arnaque. Le site revendique également des avis élogieux sur leur produit phare, le « Régulateur Naturel de Cortisol » appelé Corti. Après investigation, il apparaît que cette société commercialise également du café sous le nom d'entreprise PINECONE (MOUSSE), utilisant les mêmes pratiques frauduleuses. Cette entité aurait été créée au milieu de l'année 2025.
