Problem solved quickly and with solid and simple advice

I requested advice on how to activate my Sermo-MC: received an answer after less than a day and the answer solved my problem. Just simple and how things should be handled. And this surprised me - when I have needed assistance before, there's always been e-mailing back and forth and frustration on my my side before resolving the issue at hand. NOT this time: wow!
