I am very disappointed. This is the 2nd time I have purchased this collar for my dog. I expected it to work the same.
I have a small dog that only goes out when I take him for a walk.
I don't know what they have done to the product, it in no way does it work like last year.
Times are hard enough but to pay the price only to have it be like he has nothing on,
Like I said my first purchase was as advertised.
I don't usually take the time to write a negative review. I went looking for a place to write one, that is how disappointed I am.

One of the worst products I've found even with the collar on after a day noticed them still running around on my dogs even to the point of them being around the collar so doesn't work

The worst Flea treatment we have ever used, more fleas after we put the collars on.

Brought this collar for my dog after reading reviews. Absolute waste of £36 !!!! After approx 3 weeks my dog had the worst flea infestation imaginable! Had to get a flea tablet on prescription from the Vet which cost a further £50 but this was worth every penny!

Here’s the thing, all pet treatments won’t be effective if you don’t remove the infestation indoors and outdoors … We had a big flea problem that lasted a year , Seresto works to keep off new fleas , kills them and stops the breeding cycle , my cats have used various treatments but I like the collars because some of the spot on treatments ( prescription) caused chemical burns on one of my boys . Buy authentic collars though! They work for my cats but you have to sort out the environment first.

I have read so many good things about these collars but unfortunately this hasnt worked on my cat at all. Im still pulling 5-10 live fleas off my cat per day 😤. I brought this collar because i was told it would control the flea issue. However its made no difference. Maybe worth trying a different brand..

Our cat has had a Seresto flea collar for 8 months after it was recommended by a friend. We’ve just bought a replacement. The Seresto collar is excellent for keeping off fleas and highly effective. Absolutely brilliant product.
It has also saved us hundreds of pounds in vets fees not just for flea jabs but the unnecessary and expensive examinations and de-worming treatments for our perfectly healthy car, which we were cross-sold by the vet when we took our cat in for a flea jab every three months.
Perplexed by the negative reviews, which do not reflect our experience.

Bought two of these for my two cats, they were fine at first but 3 weeks in they both have fleas for the first time ever and are scratching like crazy. A complete waste of money! And now have to get rid of the fleas and debug my entire house, thanks a lot seresto! Would not recommend for cats.

I was surprised to read the poor reviews as we used this collar last after being recommended it. We live with lots of woodland around us and deer/sheep so ticks are a problem. When we first moved here our English Bulldog picked up a lot of ticks. We bought the collar for him last year and it was fabulous so we bought another one for him to wear for this Spring and Summer. He wears it all the time (we do not remove it except when he has a bath). He wears it quite loose as he has a huge neck. I am surprised to see issues about these collars in the US though!!!

Absolute rubbish.Paid £36 for this collar and it’s done nothing. I emailed the company who basically wanted know what sort of pet I had how old,sex of dog,what I had used and how much I had used prior to buying this item etc.etc. All I believe just to fob me off,oh and apparently they had never had any complaints of it not working before! Don’t waste your money.

Biggest load of garbage these collars are I have had a seresto flea collar on my pug for a month now and to put it bluntly they are crap I have to use flea shampoos on my dog and found that fleas have come out of my dogs more when I have used shampoo as I am sick and tired of seeing my dog biting near the base of his tail all the time and near his back legs.
Seresto flea collars are a joke and a waste of money even though they are one of the most expensive.
If you've any sense avoid these collars at all costs.

Bought seresto tick and flea collars,as recommended by my vet.I've used other brands for a while without too many problems.These were by far the most expensive and I certainly expected better.Put these on my 3 Schnauzers,3 weeks later they visited the groomer and I was surprised when I picked them up that she had removed a tick from 1 of the Dog's noses.
Not impressed so far, for the price Certainly not good value for money.Will need to have no more problems for the rest of the collar's life for me to consider buying them again.

Good customer service . Delivery company not to good . Product nicely packaged glad to be doing something for the environment .
