I placed my order Jan 18th and never received it!

I placed my order Jan 18th and never received it. They emailed and stated the delay was due to severe weather conditions. Weeks later they emailed how do I like their product. I replied I never received it. They then said the delay is because of high demand, product is flying off the shelf! WTF?

I've called, emailed, canceled my subscription and they have the audacity to charge me based off my initial order with a subscription even though I never received it! Today Feb 27th I receive an email that they created a shipping label based on the subscription from my FIRST ORDER which I was supposed to receive according to the company Jan 26th. I called my bank and they're investigating. I may have to get a new debit card to stop them from stealing my money since they refuse to acknowledge my request to cancel. Horrible customer service, buyer beware.

Order $120 worth on January 28

Order $120 worth on January 28, 2026 it is now February 26 is still not received my order. I have been emailing and calling no one returns my email and you cannot get through when you call when you leave a message. No one gets back to you. I’ve been trying to get a refund but no such luck on that.

I haven’t been so directly scammed by a product online before. Don’t trust that anything will ever come and they refuse to refund you even though a product never ships. I’ve waited months. So grossed out. Another health scam that turns their scam dollars into targeted meta ads for sick people

The order you placed in January was processed and fulfilled by our warehouse on January 25th, and unfortunately, the courier never scanned the label. You should have received a replacement or a refund right away, and clearly that did not happen. I have processed your refund for you now.

I am a believer!

Just received my order on Sunday, started Monday. It's works fast!!!! Make sure to stay hydrated while taking it. I also received the metabolic vitamins and it has been helping me really well so far. Definitely a lifetime customer.

Unfortunately I have to add to the list of a piss poor experience from this company. I placed an order and as of six days ago the usps has been waiting on package to arrive. Zero response to calls or emails. I wish they would at least try to bullshit me with the weather excuse. Funny because I have family in New York that were able to send my son a package no problem this week. Seems like a sinking business that isn’t willing to refund or stick to their word on delivery…

My package was delivered yesterday

My package was delivered yesterday, but to a different address. Thankfully, these people are our neighbors and they were kind enough to drop off the package today morning.
I'm going to start taking it today. The shipping took 14 days from the date of order. Hoping to cleanse my system and reduce my bloating with the bitters.

Has this happened to anyone else?

I was excited to try out this product and see how well it worked for my body. About a week after ordering it I went to check if I had a tracking number so I could just see where it was at. I was never given one. So I contacted the customer service email that’s listed on the website to see if they could supply me with one. I didn’t hear anything back from them ever. So I decided to call a few days later and it instantly went to voicemail. Leaving a message requesting a tracking number. A few more days go by and I still hadn’t heard anything via email or phone. I placed my order at the end of Jan 2026, between leaving another voicemail and sending another 3 emails, there still hasn’t been any response. I looked up how long it should take to even receive the product and it says on their website within a few days after ordering. I’m not sure why no one is responding to me but it’s been overall a bad experience!!! So it’s got me thinking that it’s not even a real thing and that people are just being paid to advertise a false product ESPECIALLY since this website I’m posting a review on wants me to click a button that states that I’m not being paid to say certain things in said review. I contacted my bank to get a new card since I signed up for the subscription and there is no way to even cancel it unless you EMAIL them. I put in a dispute to get my money back. If this SERENE HERBS is even real ya’ll need to do way better with your customer service.

Ordered Jan 2026, never shipped and no replies

Ordered about 120.00 worth of stuff on Jan 13 (Order #212304) now in late February and still waiting in a holding pattern via USPS who is waiting on package #9434650899561115992431.
No response to phone call (goes direct to voicemail) or email.
Update 3/2: received kind reply via Trust Pilot and several emails that the order will be shipped soon. Upon delivery, the review will be altered to reflect the final user experience. Thank you.

Will Never Get My Business

I had originally ordered my products on the site sereneherbs.com and placed an order for their buy one get one free soursop bitters and I ordered for free the liver cleanse. I placed that order on 2/6/26. I waited a week later before contacting them just to get any updates on my order. I never received a response back. I sent two more emails and never received a response of any kind. I ended up filing a dispute with my bank to get my money back since I never received any of the products. I still wanted to try them so I went on Amazon and made a purchase and it was suppose to be here by 2/19/26. I received an email from Amazon saying that my purchase wouldn’t be here now until 3/2/26. I went ahead and canceled the order. I also received an email from Serene Herbs on my original order stating that they have canceled my order and expect a full refund in 10 business days. I definitely will not be ordering anything from them again. First impressions will leave a lasting impression and for myself being a first time customer it definitely was not a good experience.

This company is a scam!!!! Ordered product, hasn't been shipped. Sent 5 emails and 2 phone calls with no reply. Sent me some BS that order was shipped but when you click tracking it states product not received to shipper. Now see all the other complaints about this company. Already contact my credit card company and disputed the charges. Fraud!!!!

I wish would have read the do not orderreviews…

I wish would have read the reviews first. I'm having the same issues as what everyone else is saying. I would hate to think they are actually a scam but its starting to seem like it. First they said weather then said it was inventory. Told me they would refund me then said it was to late order was processed and on its way. That was 2 weeks ago. I spent almost $300 so im extra mad asf. If I ha e to i will get lawyers involved just for the principal. Placed order jan 26th today is February 18th. I've never in my life left a bad review even if the product sucked but at least I received it to know it sucked. Do not order from them, absolutely trash.
