The companies advertising and animation was very informative on how this product actually worked. Caught my attention right away so I ordered the soursop bitters to give it try. It definitely works! I’ve showed me progress on social media and have gotten others to buy this product. Real people , real results. So I just received another bottle and I bought a bottle of black seed bitters. This product is amazing and I will continue to use it! Had a great experience with the sales agent through email, Pablo. Kept me up to date about my order and replied right away when I had questions. Best way to consume Bitter Taste
I reached out to Serene herbs and spoke to Pablo, he really heard me and understood my needs, gave me great options to fix my problem of my stomach cramping bad from senna herb and it worked. I actually mix pineapple juice with the soursop and a squeeze of key lime and its mini cocktail, the bitter taste goes away and it's very easy on my stomach. Thank you Pablo for the recommendations. Also he reminded me that stand by their product, if it does work I can always return it for a full refund.

I’ve tried this product through Amazon…
I’ve tried this product through Amazon at first and it worked wonderful. So I ordered it through their website on 4/22, I waited for 10 days and there were no progress so I contacted their customer service but customer service is not resolving anything let alone compensate what they said I should receive the order between 5-7business days,
This is part of the email that the customer service from serene herbs team send me about order placement:
“For orders placed on our website, the typical processing time is 24 to 48 hours. After that, shipping usually takes around 5 to 7 business days, depending on the courier and location.”
After that email they actually email me again stating in fact they told me that there were a system glitch with my order and they were processing it right away but today is 5/12 and there is no progress I am still waiting for my order and I have not received anything at all, not even an update with my order #356169.

I just finished my first week and oh my…
I just finished my first week and oh my goodness!! I am more regular than before, 20 minutes after I eat, I headed to a restroom. I think I’m starting to see the dark clumps the ad spoke about. Energy, yes! Truly have to find something to do during the day, otherwise I’m laying in the bed full of energy and can’t sleep. Sweets, I see why you stop wanting them. Stomach literally at war between the Bitters and the Sweets, bitters win every time and the human has to deal with the aftermath. Best way to avoid the affects is stay away from sweet food. Heavy food is no good, had Italian last night, it did not sit well with me.i think I started seeing the black clumps (kind of tiny) but that could’ve been the food I ate. Time to see what week 2 has to offer.
