If I could give a minus score I would. The products this company provides are just a waste of money. Avoid at all cost. The first item I ordered was an eye cream, it came and after waiting awhile for it to arrive the cream had separated and was very runny. I continually shook the tube to try to remix but to no avail. Clearly it was out of date. Contacted Customer Service and was told sometimes during shipping products will separate and just to mix. I said I had done that and it was useless I got then told as per website that health and beauty products could not be returned. I gave up at this point as I couldn’t be bothered. Fast forward a few months and I ordered a skin tag removal pen…unwittingly knowing from me it was the same company. It arrived as a ‘Blue light pen’ for acne. I was told they had just rebranded and it was fine to use for purpose. So I tried to follow the instructions given, was asked to send a video to them which I did and it was clearly the wrong item. I was told I couldn’t return once again. After several emails back and forth I was told I could now return said item TO CHINA!!!!! Or have 20% refund, less than £6!!!! All in this it was THEIR MISTAKE as they had sent the wrong thing and no accountability. I asked for this to he forwarded to management and was told that it would be but this returns policy was in their terms and conditions. After waiting 10 days for an answer they increased their offer to 25% YEAHHH Go me!!! What an insult. Again at no time saying it was their fault. Yes the team at Customer Service were all very apologetic and appreciated my frustration etc etc but not once was an appropriate apology. They were told this. Now my offer has gone to 30% WHOOP!!! So I have given up what an absolute waste of time, effort and money. I just wish I had read these review on here first. I am not one for posting reviews but I hope this as well as the other ones STOP other customers from ordering but unfortunately it probably wont and they will he caught in the same situation!in my last email to them I have copied the link to Trustpilot and these reviews so they can actually see what people are saying…if of course they are the least but bothered which I fear they are not!!!

Here is my experience of this company:

1. They sent a different nail care product to the one that was ordered.
2. It was totally ineffective on a mild case of toenail infection.
3. They refused to refund my purchase of £44 because my request was just a day or so beyond their 14-day refund terms.
4. Nail care products take time to work. 14 days is the minimum time to see if there is any difference. This company is not being reasonable in setting a 14-day limit for refunds, especially when the UK Consumer Rights Act protects people for up to 30-days against products that are not what was ordered and that are not fit for purpose.
5. This company appears to be based in Hong Kong and is therefore outside the jurisdiction of UK courts to take legal action to recover purchase costs.

Buyers beware.

A scam company selling garbage that bears no resemblance to its advertised properties. Unfortunately someone in the house orders a so called laser pen that turned out to be nothing more than a blue flash light. Fo not buy anything from this company, nothing works as advertised, shameful scammer company.

Wish I’d read reviews prior to ordering. Sticky pads NOT so sticky, You have 2 on each arm pad and 6 on core lad. However you only get 5 spare. After initially trying it out , sticky pads are not so sticky,

Despite showered, Cleansed everything that’s can even be possible, The normal. They don’t stick, emailed company and not even a reply But still receive stupid marketing emails

A complete waste of time of this varicose vein product, a total con avoid being ripped off.
Product spray faulty they wouldn't replace the item.
Don't waste your money and buy any products from this scam company! Customer Service team are just robots no human on hand to deal with....

I bought this product. It arrived quickly enough. I had read the reviews and so I applied the gel. It did absolutely nothing for me. I used the whole box full over 5 days, apart from a tack feel it didn't work. Better to try @DrKegel

The mole removal gel doesn't work. I have used it for a month on a small mole but no change or sign of disappearing as advertised. Scam. How can we allow companies to defraud the public like this? Shame on you Serene- sense.

Supplied wrong item. Agreed to refund money less shipping (23-Apr-25) but waiting 8 weeks for refund. Have 23 emails back and forwards but no refund. Have now given them a 7 day warning of legal proceedings. Do not trust them.

Serene Sense supplied wrong item . I ordered Sim Pulse ultrasonic detox watch and received a £6 Smart Band 7 watch, I also paid for fast delivery. the order took 17 days and not the 4-5 days quoted. when I contacted they said that there terms and conditions did not allow for any return or or refund. This is a perfume seller trying to sell other items but will not take responsibility for their error, and give full refund. Amazon sell for £12.98 they sell for £39.95 at discount price and also charge £4.99 for fast delivery.
