My experience was not good

My experience was not good. I bought two refurbished electric blankets. One controller was missing on arrival. Support did respond and agreed to send the missing controller, but it took over two weeks to reach me. I expected better quality control and faster resolution — this was disappointing. P.S. It’s even sadder as the blankets are good, but processes are not.

Awaiting refund for products I did not…

Awaiting refund for products I did not request.
Beware they will take payments without confirming clearly that this is not a one time off.
I would avoid. I am still waiting a refund and paypal gives no buyer prorection either

Seranova have still not delivered my…

Seranova have still not delivered my product. Two months in the waiting. They r reimbursed me 1% about / for non delivery. They keep on saying that it is “customs” or thst my country does not have as many flights. What BS. We just hosted the G20 - and those were not the only flights. I receive international parcels frequently. Turning out to be another scam?

Excellent heated blanket and great shopping experience!

I bought the Seranova heated blanket from the Kaufland online shop from
Germany, and I’m absolutely thrilled! The blanket heats up very quickly, distributes warmth evenly, and feels super soft and high-quality. The XXL size (180x160 cm) is perfect for getting cozy, and I really appreciate the automatic shut-off for extra safety.

Ordering through the Kaufland online shop was easy, delivery was fast, and the packaging was perfect. I can highly recommend both the heated blanket and the shop!
