I have only used Seranova 3 times and…
I have only used Seranova 3 times and used the collagen cream after the treatments and every night, I have not seen a difference yet! I am very hopeful that with continued use I will see a tightening of the skin on my face

I thought I was ordering the six month supply, looks like I was ordering the three month. I wasn’t super happy that they would not honor the six month price however the product itself works pretty well.

I really liked the product
I really liked the product; however, I did not like having to use the needles. I understand that they are necessary for the application process, but I do not have the skills or experience needed to use them correctly. So, I’m not confident the product is working in my skin.

Being sent additional product without placing an order.l
I only ordered a 2 month supply of this product as I wanted to try it. I did not order a subscription! Without me ordering another 2 month supply it was sent to me.when companies do this it is an alert to me! I started looking at info about this company and learned others have had the same issue.
I had difficulty initially with online return portal so did live chat with the company.
If I returned it I had to pay cost to return, they did offer 30% off if I kept it. Because cost to return would have just added to my costs I did keep the product.
It's ashame this company does this as I agree I did like the product but turned off by companies practices!

I received my order quickly and accurately. However, I have been so busy I have not started using it. Best customer service experience ever!!!
I placed an order and received an email that the package had been delivered. However this was the next day and there was no package. I was really bummed as I had been waiting to try this product. Not sure what to do I reached out to customer service and had the best experience! They took care of everything and resent my order.

Amazing Customer Service
