The ordering of the product was easy. I love the Sera Labs products. I can feel the difference in my skin when I use the face products and will continue to recommend the products to my family and friends.

I have had your products in the past and did a study which products worked best for me. I must say, that I have received better pain control and anxiety relief with your products . The capsules and gummy. The oil I don't think I tolerate as well.

This product really works. My knees and sholder have hurt me for years. My joints feel so much better since I started using the CBD gummies. I wish the gummies were less expensive, how about a discount for people over 70?

Just reordered more energy strips, Seratopical cream w CBD, and are trying their cracked heel soufflé w CBD for my wife. Nothing has ever worked on her feet, this will be interesting to see. My daughter is trying the Seratopical exfoliating facial polish.

Sera land does not stand behind their products. They did not work for me. I did not say they had a bad product, just that I did not get relief. I asked them to give me a refund and they told me it was too late. I still have unopened pkgs. I would send back but there was no discussion. Hope you all are having a better experience.

Never received my product and was unable to get a response from the company.

Purchased face serum, received confirmation for entirely different product. Called. "Sr. Specialist" had no clue what the product was for as it was not on the website. Attempted to order correct product from her. Was quoted one price, charged for another. Attempted to purchase 2 products at the same time to save on shipping, was told that was not possible. Terrible experience. Will never order from you again.

The process was completed in a timely manner. I am not a patient person. I have been known to throw my hands in the air and cancel an order out of frustration.
This was not the case with your checkout process. It was easy to use and I appreciate this.

Reading through your product literature is confusing ---
On the one hand, you caution not to use lotions, sprays etc.. with your basic facial products and then two lines later the instructions say "apply, allow to dry before applying other moisturizers" or something to that effect --

Leaves the reader unable to figure out how to work the product into an existing routine --

When I went to check out one price was listed. But then when I got an email confirmation, I was charged almost $3.00 more. I don’t appreciate dishonesty. I will never order from this company again.

It’s now the second day and I still have not received ANY word on WHERE in the process my order is. I suggest taking lessons from Amazon on IMMEDIATE customer order confirmations:

Is it on its way or not?
Is it being prepared?
Has it shipped yet, and if so, where’s the tracking number?

The agent was helpful to fix my mistake of accidently doubling the amount and not hitting the right product that I wanted but I realized my mistake afterIi hit the purchase button and I could not go back and fix it myself.. THE AGENT was so polite that I was glad to do business with your company she kept saying "Sorry for your inconvenience". If the product helps I will be doing future business.

SERA LABS in Lewiston, Maine is a rip off! Don't be fooled by their ads on line. They do not give you what they say they are giving you. They get your money, send you a product that is inferior and when you try to return it, deduct money from your payment. As is any mail order for CBD , this is a product of HEMP, an Asian herb which does not have the same components as marijuana.
The email/ad for the gummies did not list how many were in a package or how much mg's of CBD were in the gummies but offered a 100% money back guarantee so I thought I would give it a try. I ordered 6 bags for $139.95. I was shocked to get 10 gummies in a bag that only contained 20 mgs of CBD per gummie from hemp! I pay less for my medical marijuana gummies with much more CBD and THC! I was promised 100% money back guarantee and when I tried to return them the next day, they insisted on a $9.95 restock charge (which I will not pay). I spent $8.95 to send the product back insured mail and was then sent an email saying my credit card was credited $119.95.....they are trying to take $20.00! I don't know about you but I work hard for my money and I'm not going to let some company misrepresent their policy and product and then steal from me. I'm from Maine and can not conceive that anyone from Maine would try to do this so I'm thinking it has to be a scam company like the clothing scam in CA I got sucked into last year. The only way we as consumers can shut these places down is to report them and this is the perfect forum.
Update: A little digging and I found out SERA LABS is out of Silicon Valley, CA...imagine that. Why would they use an address in Maine? Da! Let me take a guess.....b/c no one is stupid enough to order CBD gummies from Silicon Valley???? There are multipule complaints to the BBB if anyone else wants to complain.

I am excited to try Sera Labs products! I read great things about them!
